Suited my requirements and staff were lovely.

Cons:

The “scent” or whatever smell used in the foyer is very strong. Personally too strong for me. Later that day while walking past I could smell the smell as I approached the hotel entrance. Certainly not a bad smell, but too much for someone with allergies like me.

Pros:

It was a convenient location, close to trains and buses. We chose it because it was close to relatives, but ease of public transport was a bonus.
Rooms are modern and clean.

Cons:

Shower was either too hot or too cold.

Pros:

Lovely staff, beautiful decor and comfy bedding, clean rooms, delicious meals in the restaurant and we were made to feel like special guests during our stay. Would 100% stay again and recommend to all.

Cons:

The process of calling the gate for help when leaving the carpark was a little frustrating

Pros:

The rooms and food were amazing. Especially the bathroom layout. Good sized beds. Staff were very friendly especially in restaurant.

Cons:

Felt not enough explanation from booking staff. Wasn't happy that parking wasn't complimentary and easy to access from hotel when rooms were already pricey .... considering no cooking facilities not even a toaster.

Staff and accommodation exceeded our expectations
Pros:

The proximity to both hospitals was fantastic,very secure complex and nice and quite no neighbour disturbance,and great block out blinds.The staff went above and beyond

Cons:

Access to streaming services ,unless you have an app on your device unable to stream
