Disappointing stay: the wrong room type, outdated facilities, broken items, and an unclean shower.

We requested a double room, and this was confirmed by the hotel, but upon arrival we were given a twin room instead. The room was outdated, with very old furniture and several broken things. The shower was also not clean, which was disappointing.

Overall, the room did not meet our expectations, especially considering what we had booked. We hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and improves the condition and cleanliness of its rooms.

Se proprio devo trovare un difetto è un vero peccato che la funicolare Montesanto , nei pressi , era chiusa per lavori ,ma non dipende dalla struttura in se.
