Camera molto ampia, nonostante fosse una tripla.

Cons:

La posizione. Non arrivano i taxi, l’hotel si dovrebbe organizzare. Bagno senza bidet. Non adatto a persone con deficit motorio, per accedere dentro la struttura bisogna scendere una quindicina di gradini, non hanno il montascale.

Si vous souhaitez passer un séjour tranquille éviter cet établissement qui ose s'appeler " PALAZZO "
Pros:

Le petit déjeuné était prévu jusqu'à 10 heures nous sommes arrivés à 9h30 et tout avait été débarrassé nous avons eu droit à un café et une tasse de thé et les restes du buffet qui étaient sur un chariot ne donnaient vraiment pas envie.

Cons:

Le propriétaire de cet établissement est très mal honnête. Sur notre réservation de BOOKING N° 5057415655 il est indiqué en toutes lettres que le parking coute 10 euros par jour. Malgré nos protestations et faisant voir la résa BOOKING, nous avons été contraint de payer 20 euros par jour. Chez nous cela s'appelle du vol !!!!!
De plus, nous avons l'habitude de voyager, et c'est la première fois qu'on me réclame de payer mon séjour en arrivant. Je n'ai pas accepté malgré le harcèlement quotidien des réceptionnistes. C'est une honte pour pour l'hostellerie ITALIENE.

The hotel is located in the middle part of Naples, below it to reach the center and the most important events in the city. You pass through the popular lanes of Naples. The place is very old, you can navigate through the old curved staircase system. The people are very nice, they initiate greetings. At the bottom of the slope is one of the oldest and most prestigious popular markets in the city. Above, to the right of the hotel, you can experience a panoramic view of the city.

Cons:

There are many stairs in the city, so you should be prepared and fit. Also, public transport is unreliable and inconsistent; it's advisable to have a car or taxi.

Un bel soggiorno
Pros:

L'hotel è situato in una posizione ideale a metà strada tra il centro ed il Vomero, entrambi facilmente raggiungibili con la funicolare. Ha un parcheggio interno esclusivo. Il personale è molto cordiale e professionale. Ottima e abbondante la colazione. Il panorama che si può ammirare dalla terrazza è qualcosa di spettacolare.

Molt agradable i tranquil.
