Pros:

The staff were truly wonderful and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The beds were so comfortable, and the location was perfect for a peaceful getaway. We're already looking forward to returning! Plus, the breakfast was absolutely delicious.

Cons:

The dinner menu was very limited, but we are not seafood eaters. The steak, though, was delicious.

The view as you walk into the hotel is wonderful - overlooking the pool out through tropical gardens, looking over the ocean to Dunk Island. The service was exceptional. The food at the restaurant was really lovely. I enjoyed the chilled vibes overall and the peace.

Pure bliss! A stay to remember!
Pros:

Everything about our stay was amazing! The staff, the service, the food, the facilities, everything you can think of was just PERFECT! I think the staff is what really made our stay the best. They were always prompt, served with a smile and were lovely to speak with and accommodating at all times.

Cons:

The only thing I will say is that when having a shower, the water would go outside of the shower area and around the toilet so we had to always dry the area with our towels, but this is the only small issue I would say.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Haus war insgesamt ein außergewöhnliches Erlebnis. Architektur, Interior, Ausstattung und insbesondere die beeindruckende Aussicht sind auf höchstem Niveau. Das Hotel gehört zweifellos zu den schönsten Häusern, die wir bisher kennenlernen durften.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die herzliche und authentische Servicequalität. Vor allem die beiden Mitarbeiterinnen aus den Niederlanden sowie die Kollegin aus Frankreich sind uns durch ihre Aufmerksamkeit, Professionalität und natürliche Gastfreundschaft sehr positiv in Erinnerung geblieben.

Cons:

Im Bereich der Arrival Experience sehen wir allerdings noch Optimierungspotenzial. Bei einem Haus dieser Kategorie und insbesondere in dieser Preisklasse erwarten wir einen entsprechend persönlichen Empfang – inklusive Gepäckservice bis ins Zimmer und einer kurzen persönlichen Room Introduction. Gerade diese ersten Momente sind für die Guest Experience eines Luxushotels entscheidend.

Unser größter Kritikpunkt betrifft jedoch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis im Restaurant. Zwischen dem hohen Preisniveau und der gebotenen Leistung sehen wir eine deutliche Diskrepanz. Bei einem Hotel dieses Anspruchs hätten wir auch gastronomisch ein entsprechend herausragendes Erlebnis erwartet.

Trotz dieser Punkte bleibt der Gesamteindruck sehr positiv. Ein außergewöhnlich schönes Haus mit großartiger Atmosphäre und sehr engagierten Mitarbeitern. Mit einigen Anpassungen im Service und insbesondere im gastronomischen Bereich könnte das Erlebnis aus unserer Sicht nahezu perfekt sein.
