Expensive overnight stay.
Pros:

Friendly staff. Located on the edge of the lake.

Cons:

No booking description. Was emailed about the cabin not having an en-suite after finalizing the non refundable booking. No drinking water plumbed into the cabin. Was provided with 2 bottles of water for 2 people. Again this wasn’t mentioned anywhere in the description. Had I know the water was pumped directly from the lake, I would have brought some bottled water of my own to make coffee and tea with. Having stayed at other locations I feel the value of the booking was overpriced for the goods and services I received.

Quiet lakeside stay
Pros:

Cabin was small but clean, tidy and functional. Outdoor seating area attached to cabin, and car parking, were both great. Free laundry facilities most appreciated. Proximity to beautiful lake was brilliant. Staff were lovely.

Cons:

No hot water in ensuite or kitchen for our two night stay (meaning that we had to access the nearby ammenities block for showers, and boil water for washing dishes). We also weren’t advised prior to our arrival that we had to provide our own drinking water, necessitating a 7km drive to the nearest servo to purchase enough for the duration of our stay.

A wonderful experience!
Pros:

Friendly helpful staff. Bed is unbelievably comfortable. The room was immaculately clean and tidy.

Cons:

The website for booking 2 nights consecutively is really difficult to navigate, and I couldn't do so. The electric Kettle is to small/volume wise.

We have been staying at the park for over 30 yrs we like it
Pros:

Park is secure, relaxed

Cons:

No where to park for the glamping tents
The power board set up is a bit confusing we kept turning the fridge off in the glamping tent
Not much hot water for the shower

Our stay was comfortable considering it was an older caravan park. We can see the owners are working hard to make it a

En-suite was clean
New pool was handy/nice but needed shade
Laundry clean and free to use
Park was lit up enough for the night
We could see progress to make the park better

Cons:

The cabins were extremely dark (painted black) and it made them even hotter. Only 1 air conditioner worked and it struggled to keep the cabin cool. The kitchen cupboards were dusty and felt dirty, spiders and webs all over the doorway, no broom, bunk beds had little space between top bunk and then ceiling.
