The hotel is in a former palace from the 17th century. It is truly spectacular with beautiful frescoes, marble staircases and historic ceilings. It is located in a very beautiful section of Rome, very close to both the Spanish steps and the Trevi Fountain. There is an abundance of upmarket retail stores, restaurants and coffee shops in the area. The breakfast area is spectacular the breakfast itself is A la carte and is a beautiful way to start your day. The rooms are gorgeous and i cannot fault the hotel - it was simply superb. I must mention Oliver Sutton who was at the front desk and provided a world class service

The rooms were spectacular. The breakfasts were divine. The service was excellent and the location was perfect. Couldn't ask for more. Truly. Many thanks to Oliver and the team, who were such a gracious and welcoming staff. We will be back!

Palazzo Roma is one of the most beautiful hotels we have stayed in, with fascinating artwork and historic detail in every part of the hotel.
However it is the staff that truly stood out with their attentiveness and politeness. A welcoming message a few days before we arrived from Oliver, who also kindly informed us of potential airport delays ahead of our departure gave a personal touch to our stay. All the staff we met went above and beyond to make our stay special. When we return to Rome we will look no further than Palazzo Roma.

Le personnel est accueillant, à l'écoute et toujours prêt à aider, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable.

L'emplacement est excellent, à proximité de tout : restaurants, boutiques et principaux points d'intérêt. Un arrêt de bus se trouve également juste devant l'hôtel, ce qui permet de se déplacer facilement.

Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation et j'y séjournerais de nouveau avec plaisir.

Visiting Rome and not staying at Palazzo Roma would be a crime. Forget the big hotel chains and their silly upgrades and breakfast. Don’t skimp and Book a premium room with 20 foot tall cabinets and curtains. From the ever smiling hostess Margarita during breakfast which is an over the top affair to the super polite Lorenzo at the reception, the team will ensure that you are treated like royalty. The carara marbled bathroom with 3 showerheads will keep you there for hours. The 3 lounges with the 100 clocks and busts of music Maestros will beckon you when you want to read a book. Trevi and Pantheon are within earshot distance. Looking over all of these amenities and keeping guests happy is the Haute Manager - Oliver. Seriously, don’t miss Palazzo Roma, it’s where dreams are fulfilled

My new favorite hotel in Rome! Palazzo Roma is the perfect blend of old and new… the common areas, restaurant, bar and rooms (or at least my room - 205) are all stunning. The location is fantastic as well, just a short walk from the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. Easy to pop in and out. It’s a boutique hotel with 39 rooms, and the staff is extraordinarily attentive - Oliver, the general manager, answers questions before and during your stay, the barman was incredibly helpful and offered to make a Negroni “the way I would want to drink it” (fantastic!) and room service is served promptly. The included breakfast is also outstanding - with all of the cakes and pastries, dare I say there’s a bit too much food? Look no further in Rome!

We were impressed by the Palazzo Roma from the moment we arrived! Oliver and his staff made us feel welcome and appreciated, and the hotel carefully and thoughtfully addressed every detail of the experience. Our room was beautiful and comfortable, the location is without peer, and the breakfast was simply unbelievable! We were welcomed with fresh orange juice, coffee, and delicious pastries. My husband enjoyed a cacio e pepe omelet and I had pancakes with fresh berries . Both were outstanding. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you to every staff member who welcomed us and ensured that every detail was perfect! They even had champagne and pastries in our room on arrival because we had told them we were celebrating our 40th anniversary.
