Pros:

La struttura è in posizione strategica, pulita e con tutti i comfort necessari e anche di più.
Ma il fiore all'occhiello è lo staff, i ragazzi della reception e colazione sono super disponibili e gentili, ci sono rimasti nel cuore e saremo felici di ritornare appena possibile.
La colazione è varia e di ottima qualità.

Die Lage sehr zentral, parken natürlich schwierig, Zimmer sehr schön ausgestattet und sauber, super Betten, schalldichte Fenster. Sehr besonderes, liebevolles Frühstück, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

The hotel differed 100% from the Jolly Hotel image. In fact, it is not a hotel but a boring nondescript, non identity place. The entrance was hard to find. All was saved by the receptionist (Pasindu) who made a special effort to meet us and explain the (very few) facilities. Strongly recommend the hotel be removed from listing or at least warn readers what this non hotel is.

Alles, die Lage und Nähe zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten, der Ausblick vom Bett direkt aufs Meer, das umfangreiche und sehr leckere Frühstück, dazu noch das äußerst zuvorkommende Personal und die Möglichkeit, das Gepäck noch nach dem Checkout aufzubewahren

Pros:

I had a room with a beautiful sea view, the breakfast was excellent, and all the staff were welcoming and very kind. The hotel also has a great location in the center of Messina.

I would strongly recommend it — this will definitely be my address in Messina :)
