Bei unserer Ankunft gab es ein kleines Problem mit unserem Zimmer, dieses wurde aber sofort durch den sehr kompetenten Mann Gabriele an der Rezeption in kürze zu unserer Zufriedenheit gelöst.

Tre giorni di vero relax nel Casentino
Pros:

L’accoglienza impeccabile del personale, la camera moderna e arredata con ottimo gusto, e i tantissimi servizi a disposizione: spa, palestra, colazione e ristorazione eccellenti, oltre al noleggio bici e alle ricche proposte di attività.
Un grazie di cuore a Gabriele alla reception per i preziosi consigli su cosa vedere nei dintorni avendo pochi giorni a disposizione.

Pros:

Hotel curato nei minimi dettagli, staff accogliente e gentile, abbiamo soggiornato con due cagnoline e ci hanno fatto trovare due cucce nella stanza. Centro benessere magnifico, ottima cucina del ristorante!

Fantasztikus hely! Mindenben tökéletes!
Pros:

Csak szuperlativuszokban tudok erről a szállodáról beszélni. Minden tökéletes volt. Gyönyörű modern berendezés, kényelmes ágy, jól felszerelt szoba, fürdőszoba. Van forraló, minden nap kaptunk egy üveg vizet. Nagyon szép wellness rész, a medence kívülről és belülről is megközelíthető. A szobában bekészített köntös, papucs, minden, amit eltudsz képzelni. Az elhelyezkedése kíváló, a Nemzei Park központi részén, a kiránduló helyek több irányban is gyorsan elérhetőek. Biciklivelés és gyalog is túráztunk, csodás helyeken. Még egy extra előny, hogy szemben a szállodával remek kávézó, és étterem is van. Egy sarokra pedig COOP Szupermarket is. Tökéletes választás!

Cons:

A szálloda étterme nekünk egy kicsit túlságosan "fine dining" volt. Finom volt az étel, de mi jobban szerettük a szemben lévő tradicionális olasz "pizzeria"-t

Relax e buon cibo.
Pros:

Staff gentilissimo e disponibile, ottima cucina e servizi accessori. Ottima posizione vicino al centro con parcheggio privato.

Cons:

La temperatura della piscina interna era un po' elevata, vero che magari può essere soggettivo, ma non siamo stati gli unici ospiti a notarlo. (ma ciò non ha sicuramente rovinato il soggiorno)

Relax e sole in Casentino
Pros:

Splendido soggiorno nel centro di Stia, in una struttura molto confortevole e moderna, dotata di comodo parcheggio, ottimo ristorante e camere comode e spaziose.
Ci siamo rilassati nella piccola ma molto confortevole spa, con piscina esterna ed interna, bagno turco e sauna, e abbiamo preso il sole a bordo piscina.
Da segnalare il servizio molto professionale ed attento in ogni aspetto del soggiorno, con una menzione particolare per il ristorante e per la reception.
Viaggiavamo con la nostra cagnolina Magda, che e' stata ben accolta e, vista la posizione centralissima dell'hotel, e' potuta uscire frequentemente e agevolmente.

Perfekter Erholungsurlaub in der Toskana

Ein wunderbares Hotel mit geschmackvollem Ambiente, große moderne Zimmer, die keine Wünsche offen lassen. SPA u. Pool Bereich sehr gut. Wir hatten 4 Übernachtungen, gute Zeit zum entspannen.
