Wenn man eine Stopp machen muss ist es ein ordentliches Hotel in einer ungemütlichen Stadt

Sehr zentral gelegen. An der Rezeption unterschiedliche Erfahrungen. Die Mitarbeiterin fühlte sich eher gestört währen der vermeintliche Besitzer oder Betreiber sehr bemüht war.

Cons:

Etwas schwer zu finden wenn man mit dem Auto anreist. Das Umfeld ist wenig vertrauenserweckend.

Very good hotel. Big up for the owner.

The hotel was really good. Nice, comfortable and clean.

Cons:

I gave 10 because of nice hotel and properties. But, the staff is very arrogant. They should behave and learn to be polite. Especially the women, the receptionist and the waitress in the kitchen. When you do something wrong you have to ask for excuse not behave like you are in neighborhood angry with your friends, it is 2026 not Italia ‘90.

Non perché fosse stata sgarbata, o poco cortese chi lo gestisce...
Ma per il semplice fatto che non sapeva più da dove iniziare😔
È improponibile che una sola persona possa occuparsi di tutto...
Tra preparare caffè, cappuccini, sgombrare tavoli, rimpiazzare le cs mancanti della colazione e sistemare la lavastoviglie...
La povera signora arriverà a fine giornata stremata

Non ha gli standard di un hotel a quattro stelle (la colazione è varia ma non troppo, non c’è il servizio in camera) ma il personale fa veramente un lavoro eccezionale

Pros:

Chambre très confortable, petit-déjeuner copieux et varié, accueille très agréable. Parking souterrain surveillé à distance (15€/j), situé à quelques minutes à pied. Le temps d'ouverture du parking peu être un peu long si le(la) réceptionniste n'est pas devant ses écrans.

Cons:

Le quartier, peu engageant. La forte pente de la rampe du parking qu'il faut remonter à pied pour pouvoir sortir.
