Apartment was close to the pool
Didn't get the deluxe apartment as booked. Got a classic apartment instead. Single beds were very uncomfortable. Couch was uncomfortable. Wi-Fi didn't work.
The rooms were a great size the property very well set out
Turned up & wasn’t told there was repaired to the room. To have to wait longer for check in. The unit seemed clean but was very unclean not vacuumed or mopped Stove area not cleaned linen not fresh
2nd bedroom single beds both bed linen were dirty so I had to re wash and dry them first night
Really not impressed as I had to sweep the whole apartment out and mop as the gloor were do dirty. Then cleaned bathrooms & splash back in kitchen fat and mess all on slash back as soon as u switched the light on. One blanket in the property and very thin blankets on rest of beds. I had to request 4 blankets the day after as we all froze the night before
Pool LOOKED amazing - but was way too cold to swim in.
Was great having a full kitchen to cook.
Shower cold after two showers. Supposedly they fixed but didnt. 4 person unit which could have slept 6 couldn’t do a third shower. 🤬🤬🤬🤬I now see other reviews stating the same despite them telling me we were the only ones!!
Found the previous persons stuff between towels so they obviously hadn’t been replaced 🤢🤢
Although food found on kitchen gadgets was probably previous persons fault - unit obviously was not well checked / cleaned before move in.
Pool freezing. Hot tub haha is luke warm but definitely the only used option.
Pool was great. Nice trees and lovely balconies.
Reception not being open. Cupboard door broken, toilet seat loose, in shower amenities empty, fold out couch not made up although had given details of number of people staying. Unable to contact reception as they were closed. Welcome letter read more like a rule book. Didn’t feel very welcoming. Expected more for the price.
My family liked everything about staying here
Nothing
The apartment was great value for money. It's very spacious and well equipped. The pools are fantastic, My grandkids loved the spa and pools.
The checkin and out process is painful unless you are arriving between 9 and 6. Arrived a 9pm and was hung up on 5 times before finally getting the code for the security box. The intercom is useless.. Checking out before 9am, you have to contact reception to get the code to leave keys. A key dropbox for checkout and emailing the security code to pick up keys would be a big advantage.
We were in town for the Nate Myles football carnival, the location was a great half way spot from the grounds and the cbd, very quiet, lovely area and the pool and facilities were great
The bed was a little low to the ground but comfortable none the less
Size balcony, gardens, spa, pool
One pool was a bit unclean
Spacious apartment. Good balcony. Well stocked
Airconditioner not working. Holes in bedroom flywire allowed mosquitoes in.
The tranquillity, service, space inside rooms and living areas and the location. Building is definitely dated and in need of a refurbishment. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was great and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
It was a little expensive. We had to pay extra for internet. The pool area is dated along with the rest of the buildings. Cafe was a nice touch but there isn't much else at the resort in the way of food and beverages. Our TV also didn't work along with the DVD player...but it was replaced promptly which was great.
Spacious, equipped
The blankets/covers, not comfortable, hot water is insufficient for all 4 people to shower
