Mooi appartement voor redelijke prijs voor London begrip

Cons:

Ik moest nog wel 300,00 borg betalen, die staat gereserveerd. Benieuwd of dat goed gaat. Daar heb ik Frankrijk slechte ervaringen mee.

Pros:

It is a clean and well maintained property. The staff including cleaner are efficient and their response/action is prompt.

Cons:

It’s a Self serviced apartment means they don’t provide sufficient household supplies like toilet rolls, laundry pods, kitchen towels etc. it is kinda inconvenient for long stay

Basic no frills accommodation with several hiccups located near metro
Pros:

The location of the apartment was good as it was 5 to 7 mins walk from chancery lane station and the same distance to M&S and Tesco Express.

One of the dining room chairs were missing a nut and we only found out when one of the legs gave way when i sat on it, mind you i weigh only 70kg.

Cons:

The beds were pretty horrible, my wife sank half way to the left side of the mattress (shes much lighter at 50kgs).. I think the springs/cushioning on the mattress is uneven.

We were provided only 1 dishwasher tablet and there was no washing machine detergent or tablet provided. Come to think of it, there were no kitchen sponge or dish soap too.

There was an issue with the shower pressure in the master bedroom toilet. After 5 to 7 mins, the water pressure drops cuts off to a trickle. This happened on the 1st night, but i was the last to shower and thought maybe it was a water tank issue and anyway since i was at the end of my shower, i took little notice of this. This repeated on the 2nd and 3rd night, of which i highlighted to Aperia; whom use an AI chatbot on whatsapp to communicate with guests.. It can get a little irritating sometimes following up with a chatbot.

They could not do anything about the water pressure as it was over the weekend, unfortunately for us, i checked out without showering as the water pressure issue was not rectified before we left on 24th May morning.

Cons:

Not clean,needs a good deep clean! uncomfortable low beds and couch.
Light in 1 bathroom would sometimes not work , no tea towel ,dish cloth or detergent or washing machine powder sachet , 1 bed side lamp didnt work.
Messaged property as no reception,someone came to check bathroom light but was working at the time so he left , then didnt work again later.

Top Lage, ausreichend Platz und Stauraum, das Einchecken war einfach.

Der Wasserdruck ist leider sehr mau, was aber klassisch für London ist.

Colchones demasiado blandos. Habitaciones pequeñas. Muy poco menaje e instrumental de cocina.Luz permanente en uno de los baños. Se accionaba con una célula. Precio excesivo.

Perfect appartement voor stedentrip Londen.
Pros:

Het appartement als geheel en de lokatie , binnen 150 meter van Underground , echt perfect. ik zou daar echt zo willen wonen, ook het uitzicht en eigen balkon helemaal top. In het begin moeite met Wifi, maar de 24/7 servicedesk regelde dat vrijwel meteen. Goede keukenapparatuur, 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers dik in orde. Grote woonkamer/keuken en eigen balkon.

Cons:

Een van de 2 bedden had een te zachte matras en was wat beschadigd. Maar vanwege de 6 sterren voor de gehele lokatie en de 24/7 directe service viel dat daar tegen weg.

Hemos estado muy a gusto en el apartamento que se encontraba en perfectas condiciones. Lástima el tema de la avería en la lavadora que nos ha impedido poder la utilizar. Solicitamos que tenga en cuenta este suceso y evalué compensar el inconveniente que nos ha supuesto.

Pros:

At the beginning, there was a bit of confusion as our accommodation was changed to a different location due to an unexpected issue – a burst pipe in the bathroom.
However, the apartment was beautiful, spacious, and clean, located in the city centre with good accessibility even on foot.
