Pros:

The hotel is beautiful. The room is very nice. The view from the balcony of the lake is wonderful! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The dinner was excellent.

Cons:

It was very remote. I thought it was going to be closer to a bigger town. I didn't realize that when I booked it. It was a beautiful hotel though and worth the drive.

Great location within walking distance of the cable car. Great spot. Amazing food.
Pros:

Our room was amazing. Separate living area and bedroom and even a walk in closer. There were even two balconies. It’s even within walking distance of the Colverde - Funivia Rosetta cable car.

Cons:

No complaints.

Genuinely nice people, Greta view and a clean room
Pros:

Everything about this place was exceptional. The staff were genuinely warm and welcoming—you could tell their kindness was sincere, not forced. The views are breathtaking, and the wellness room is such a thoughtful touch, making for the perfect way to spend an afternoon. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and comfortable, and the food was excellent.

I would absolutely stay here again. If you’re reading reviews and feeling unsure, take it from someone who’s incredibly picky—this was one of the best places I stayed during my six-week trip through Europe, and I stayed at some fantastic hotels.

Indimenticabile……
Pros:

La struttura e’un vero sogno con una meravigliosa vista sul lago. Molto piacevole pranzare sulla terrazza affacciata con vista lago nel quale nuotano una coppia di cigni.Deliziosa la stube interna molto accogliente ed intima. Completa il quadro MARTINA la signorina addetta alla sala veramente speciale, gentile, premurosa che ha saputo deliziare il nostro soggiorno. Da ultimo ma non x importanza i piatti raffiinati dello chef MICHELE. Una nota positivissima e’ data dall’accoglienza verso I cani che possono presenziare ovunque.

Cons:

Non ci sono proprio punti negativi in quanto lo chalet e veramente stupendo. Surggerirei solamente un piccolo frigobar in camera .

Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub!
Pros:

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt in einem familiär geführten gepflegten hotel. Die Lage ist ein idealer Startpunkt für Wanderungen und Radtouren. Das Spa war sehr schön mit Ausblick auf den See, Whirlpool und Sauna. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Die Aussicht und Lage am See mit Bergpanorama.
Außerdem das ausgezeichnete 4-Gänge Dinner und das kleine aber sehr hochwertige Frühstücksbuffet. Falls man aufgrund einer frühmorgendlichen Wanderung das Frühstück verpasst, wird gerne ein Lunchpaket gepackt.
Außerdem darf der Hund auch mit ins Restaurant.

Komfortable Betten und flauschige Handtücher sowie Bademäntel.
