The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable and in a good location for accessing Wembley Stadium
Communication about check in time could have been better. The listing on booking.com stated 3pm as the check in time, but a few days before our booking the host messaged and said it was 4pm. This did not fit in with our plans, but the host said it may not be possible to get earlier check in. We turned up at 3:30pm and got into the apartment fine at that time with the access codes. This was appreciated, but 3pm would have been better.
Close to station, had all I needed. Clean
Property was very very hot, might want to consider getting an air con unit for the summer, as the fan provided didn’t go very far at all.

The tap in the bathroom was plumbed up wrong so. Turn to hot for cold and cold for hot
Good location, clean and other people staying were very friendly, close to Harrow tube station

Perfect location after a show at Wembley, felt safe and was easy to get to. Didn’t receive the code at first but the staff were super helpful and replied very quickly! Clean, spacious and comfortable.
One very small thing is there were no cups or mugs for drinks, but very minor!
Lovely big apartment, exceeded expectations for our overnight stay. Electric door code was easy and fast to gain access. Parking available on the drive. Fantastic location, within walking distance to the tube station. Tje owner responded fast to our enquires. Was very hot weather when we stayed, fans were in the rooms ro help us cool down. Would 100% recc

The space was incredible, me and my friend booked his for harry styles and the distance was perfect. it took us about 20 minutes to get to wembley!
The bathroom was lovely with the nicest shower and the beds were so comfy. Even though we went during the heatwave 😅 the view from the windows and the amount of sunlight it let in was beautiful. The size of the big mirror in the living room aswell was a hidden bonus!!
The staff of this studio / accommodation were the best people i could’ve asked for, from helping us get in when I couldn’t do it myself (lol) to helping even after the fact when i had left something there! The sweetest people we could’ve asked for to accommodate our stay

Excellent location for Wembley
Very close to the metro and located in a really nice neighbourhood.
Rooms are spacious and clean x
Patio area was a little dirty I think cleaning the chairs would be a good idea now its summer x
I think bottled water even 2 in fridge in arrival would help so much until you find shops etc again as it’s summer
Mugs in room not just communal kitchen to have that morning cuppa again would be great

Privacy in bedroom to lounge/kitchen area,could have been better, curtain wasn't big enough to close.
Easy to find, with parking on site for an additional £12/n payable direct to the very responsive owner.
We had a ground floor room that was functional, with a little patio. Bed was super comfy, the bathroom nice and there was plenty of hot water. Really couldn't fault it for the price.

Unsafe step, temperamental locks, no acknowledgment of hazards
Secure and very clean. Furniture was comfortable. Working fridge and smart tv.
The back door to the patio had a broken handle that we didn’t notice. As we closed the door the metal snapped. The whole frame needs to be replaced before it hurts one of the customers.
One of the codes were very long and didn’t have a pattern which made it difficult to get in the room sometimes. If it’s possible, an easier code would be better for ease of access.
It’s easy to find and the rooms are nicely cleaned.
