De bungalow kamers en de locatie zijn geweldig. Verwacht geen service van een hotel. Het is meer een veredelde Airbnb.

Goede locatie. Prachtige ruime bungalows.

Cons:

Kamers worden niet schoongemaakt. Voor alles moet je via whatsapp een aanvraag doen zoals schone handdoeken, wc papier.
Rond het zwembad wordt er niet opgeruimd of schoongemaakt. Wij hadden ontbijt inbegrepen maar dit bestond slechts uit joyurt met wat fruit of 2 toastbrood met wat fruit. Voor al het overige aan ontbijt moest je bijbetalen. Dus neem geen ontbijt inclusief dan kun je beter ergens anders gaan ontbijten of zelf ontbijt maken.

Pros:

Although it is a self-check-in hotel, the nearby restaurant staff is very helpful and answers all the questions. The room is clean, spacious and has everything you need: fridge, complimentary bottles of water, hairdryer. Very short walk to the beach. Smooth and quick communication via whatsapp and booking.com platform

The best part about this place is definitely its central location. Being right in the heart of everything made getting around incredibly easy.
It is worth noting that there isn't a traditional front desk here, but the staff they do have on-site are very attentive. When we arrived, the gentleman waiting in the lobby was great, standing by to make sure our online check-in went smoothly without any snags.
The manager who handled our departure was also exceptionally helpful. She took care of our luggage after we left and allowed us to stay a bit longer past the standard check-out time. While the setup is minimalist, the staff ensures you are well looked after.

Cons:

However, the check-in process itself was quite stressful, especially coming from a European perspective where we are used to a traditional reception. There is no actual front desk, and the entire system relies heavily on you doing all the work yourself online before you even arrive. Booking.com is only the very first step. After booking, you have to open their separate website and fill out a massive amount of information. Then, you are suddenly hit with a 250-dollar deposit request and an extra resort fee that you only find out about after completing the initial booking. All these unexpected steps before even reaching the hotel made me feel quite anxious and insecure. You end up paying a lot of money just to do all the administrative labor yourself.
The tipping point for me was when I wanted to extend my stay for another three days. I approached them directly, hoping we could resolve it there on the spot in a less stressful way. Instead, they just sent me another link to do it all online again. That was the moment I gave up. I decided to change hotels and moved to a place with a normal reception, a deposit of only 100 dollars, and absolutely no resort fees. Even though everything went smoothly in the end with the staff on-site, the excessive online paperwork is just too nerve-wracking.

Great location and good hotel for the money.
Pros:

Nice restored art deco hotel. Clean and comfortable with a great location very close to restaurants and the beach.

Cons:

There is no front desk. Check in is online so there’s no one to talk to or ask questions.
