Fun time with friends in a good location!
Pros:

I liked that the room was very spacious, it was colorful and comfortable as well. Also, even though there wasn't a physical check-in, the customer service was AMAZING!

Cons:

I honestly loved everything like we didn't stay for long but it was quiet from other guests and we had everything we needed, and there was a coffee shop super close!

Waited an hour to get into room , outside codes don’t work . No staff or security is a safer issue
And when you don’t get towels - too bad !!!

La ubicación es excelente a solo una cuadra de la playa y la avenida ocean drive de south beach. La decoración muy moderna, tenía un olor particular o ambientador muy rico. La habitación con lo necesario. Cómoda, limpia. La atención del personal excelente así como las opciones de brunch y bar muy recomendado!

Cons:

El aire acondicionado es central, a veces se sentía que hacía falta, o no se si se activaba solo cuando había movimiento, en fin, fue una percepcion. sin embargo, tenían un lindo ventilador de techo que ayudaba en esos casos.
