Main door didn’t close properly and the staff didn’t care much to fix it… additionally, the water from the shower didn’t drain properly so the base of the shower was flooded all the time

Lejos del centro histórico y de las zonas mas visitadas, paredes de papel se escucha todo en un sitio donde compartes cocina y salón, las personas ponen la televisión comunitaria a las 8 de la mañana a todo volumen, la cama no tenia almohada, duermes con un par de cojines que hay, y por ese precio...

Que no hay ascensor y era un yercer piso.que la ducha y el lavabo estaban atascados y las vistas de la habitación al patio interior muy pequeño

Falta de privacidade e barulhos do chão

Al parecer es un piso grande en el que se hicieron muchas habitaciones y las paredes son muy delgadas sin ningún tipo de aislante por lo que escuchas hasta la respiración de las otras habitaciones. Mucha gente llega tarde (normal) y se siente muchísimo el ruido. Por otro lado, el fin de semana el lugar estuvo full con todas las habitaciones ocupadas y se notaba, la gente no cuida mucho los espacios, los baños empezaron a estar sucios. La cocina llena de platos sin secar y guardar y los basureros a reventar.

First of all, I would like to mention that as soon as we entered the building, there was a very strong unpleasant smell throughout the entire space. Our room constantly smelled like a toilet, even though we kept the window open all the time and ended up freezing during the night because of it. We informed the staff about this issue, but the only response we received was through messages — there was no actual assistance or anyone physically present at the hotel to take responsibility for the situations.

We had traveled a very long distance and arrived late at night. We stored some products in the shared fridge that we had bought as gifts to take home, but by the next morning they had disappeared. Again, no responsible person could help us. We were simply told via message that this is a shared space, the cameras are turned off,Nobody takes responsibility for anything!!!

We are extremely disappointed with the overall experience. The management felt completely irresponsible and unhelpful. I would also like to mention the very small bed, where two people could barely fit comfortably.

Unfortunately, this stay did not meet our expectations at all.

Room is stuffy, too white like a cell. Aircon does mot work. Carpets are filthy. Pics on booking.com misleading

El edificio tenia olor a basura y la cama era un poco incomoda

Шумоизоляция ужасная,что создавало дискомфорт. Из комнаты слышен весь этаж, и верхний тоже. Вокруг двери сантиметровые щели.
В умывальнике был засор,и в душе тоже накапливалась вода в поддоне. Дверь в душ не закрывалась. Мебели не хватало. Розетки "возле" кровати были возле ног. Чувствовалась сырость в номере. За день до отъезда не работали коды ,для входа на этаж, и мы пополи к себе в номер через аварийную лестницу. В последствии жильцы этажа, тоже не могли зайти, и просто стучали в дверь .

The bed had bedbugs. I personally killed 8 of them. Dont recommend this place at all

Franchement, c’était une très mauvaise expérience, car leur appartement était au troisième étage et l’immeuble ne disposait pas d’ascenseur. De plus, rien dans la réservation n’indiquait cette information cruciale. Je n’ai pratiquement pas séjourné sur place, j’ai simplement perdu mon argent inutilement.
