Tudo muito bem arrumado , a decoração muito bonitinha

Hay habitaciones sin persianas y en mi habitación particularmente había una puerta interior que conectaba con la habitación de al lado. Si la puerta hubiera estado cerrada ningún problema ya que en muchos hoteles se ve lo mismo pero la puerta estaba abierta y se veía el aislamiento de dentro, esto daba un poco de sensación de inseguridad
Tuve un problema con otro huésped que fumaba en su habitación y el humo venía a la mía por los conductos, esto no creo que sea culpa del alojamiento ya que no tienen culpa de lo que hace otro huésped y cuando informe al alojamiento me contestaron rápido y hicieron lo posible por solucionarlo, era mi último día así que no sé cómo ha evolucionado pero visto que siempre solucionan los problemas entiendo que este también lo intentarán manejar.

No tiene ascensor y subir maletas es complicado, ruido del piso de arriba.

Arrived around 1 AM to a room that had clearly not been cleaned from the previous guest. The bed was used, towels were dirty, garbage and leftover food were still in the room, and the carpet was visibly dirty.

Because of the late hour, the staff was unavailable until later in the morning. The property eventually agreed to cover part of the nightly fee, but processed it only after escalation through Booking.com!

Very disappointing experience. I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere.

My room (no 8) was right next to the communal kitchen / dining area plus the floor above is occupied by students so was noisy when trying
to sleep plus my room had hardly any daylight as the small window opened up to a very small space. Also the room smelt damp from the toilet in the room, they said it’s because it’s an old building but not sure why that would make any difference.

The walls are super thin so you hear everything happening in the guesthouse. It can quickly become annoying. Other than that it was great

Toilettenpapier muß in den kleinen Mistkübel neben dem WC.
Die Verriegelung der Sanitärräume ist schwergängig.
Die Tür zum Zugang der oberen Etage war nicht versperrt - der Beschlag war kaputt.

Mucho ruido, se escucha todo, no hay privacidad y te despiertan los ruidos por las mañanas

Las fotos que aparecen no sr correspondwn con la realidad, no tenía baño privado y en la descripción decia que si. No era una cama si no un sofa syper incomodo y niestra habitación estaba llena de chinches. Tuvimos problemas con el codigo de la puerta de entrada a la habitación y la respuesta que rwcibimos es que esperaramos al técnico disppnienso dw nuestro tiempo y no habiendo ningún responsable.
