Nice cozy apartment in a good location.

Cons:

All the staff were amazing and very helpful. Just 1 staff member who i forget her name seems like she is not interested in helping the guests. Asked for a taxi and she refused to book us a taxi. The previous days the staff actually asked us if they could book us a taxi. So she eventually did after informing her all her previous colleagues did book us taxis.

Άνεση χωρών για την οικογένεια. Ασφαλεια στο κτηριο με 24ωρη reception, Ευκολία με κουζινα, Πλυντήριο, ζεστό νερό, καθαρές πετσέτες( λίγο φθαρμενες από τα πλυσιματα).εύκολη μετακίνηση, μετρο, λεωφορεία στα 4 λεπτά. Επιλογές από market στη γειτονιά.

Beautiful stay. Has all the emenities needed for a family stay.
Pros:

Loved how cozy it was. Loved all the amenities available such as washer, microwave, fridge and stove. All very modern. Super clean. Free bottles of water with every housekeeping visit. Provided this lil box with all the kitchen supplies such as sponges, soap, garbage bags. Even soap to wash the clothes. Just FANTASTIC. I would come there again in heartbeat. It was also super spacious. Loads of cupboard space. Even got iron and ironing board. Had storage space under the sink in the bathroom to not crowd the sink area. Overall I adored this location. Had an adorable lil patio area on the ground floor.

Cons:

Elevator was not operational when we had to leave at 4:00 am for our flight. So we had to walk down three flights of stairs with 12 pieces of luggage and a stroller via the stairs. Elevator could have been bigger but we understand the reason why it can’t be. The two ladies who worked during the day were exceptionally helpful and pleasant. The guy with shoulder length hair needs some more training.

The hotel is super super nice
Pros:

The hotel is super super nice. we stayed here with 3 bed rooms rooftop suites. Accommodation and facilities are nice. Located around city center. A big supermarket just behind, 3 minutes walk.

I'd like to send my appreciation to Guilherme, he is a wonderful host. We had issue in the kitchen equipment and he help us to communicate with boss and change the room for us immediately. Also provide many suggestions for touring around Lisbon.
