A wonderful experience.
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The beauty of this hotel, the details, cleanliness, and staff. The beds were so comfortable, the bathroom was gorgeous, and the breakfast and spa were a plus. The location is central to all the restaurants and shopping in Ponta Delgado. We mentioned it was our anniversary and we were brought a bottle of champagne and desserts.

Cons:

There was nothing we did not like. We were very satisfied with this hotel.

Personnel serviable et chaleureux, bel hôtel.

Cons:

Le SPA / Wellness center n’était pas très propre, et il était aussi très bruyant le soir où nous y sommes allé. Les clients de l’hôtel avec enfants ne respectaient pas les règles de silence, et le personnel ne contrôlait pas qu’il soit respecté. C’était peut-être de la « malchance » de notre part mais c’était assez différent de l’image relaxante qu’on s’était faite de cet hôtel.

Great location in the pedestrian district and a stone throw from the harbor and a reasonably priced parking garage. The hotel is beautiful, great breakfast and staff were super nice.

Cons:

The indoor pool/Spa is great but small and could do with a regular clean as there is often water everywhere on the floors which makes it a bit slippery

Wonderful! Hospitable and relaxing stay
Pros:

Comfortable and friendly environment! Beautiful space with clean facilities. The Staff of exceptional! Loved relaxing at their outdoor dining area the staff was very hospitable and the drinks and coffee were wonderful!

Cons:

I guess there isn’t much of a spectacular view but we didn’t have a balcony room and not a deal breaker for us.
