One of the best hotel experiences ever.
Pros:

the art work is wonderful.
the pool setting(in the underground cave is extraordinary.
the staff is super, super helpful.
it is small in area and huge in experience.

Un bon séjour. Les gens sont gentils
Pros:

Les lits sont confortables. Le personnel est très gentil. Très propre. Sur les étages, il y a des œuvres d’art exposées. Ca vaut la peine de monter les marches au lieu de prendre l’ascenseur.

La chambre était un peu petite.

Good location, good breakfast, rooms were nice enough

Cons:

Over three days the property never serviced my room (as advertised). No coffee, no tea, no clean cups, no turn down service. I requested this over 8x, the staff reacted rudely, and curtly informed me that new check-ins would be prioritized.

Great hotel with amazing staff. It really felt like a home from home whilst we were away.

Amazing staff. Hotel felt like a second home whilst we were away. Loved the design and the art. It felt very ‘boutique’. Beautiful spa. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Room was a little cold and some of the fixtures were getting a little old.

The personell was very friendly and helped you as good as they can. Breakfast and Dinner at Osteria and/or the hotelbar were excellent.

Cons:

Bathroom: There could be a heater for towels to dry them, since the bathroom has no window and no humidity remover
