Fantastic stay for 4 nights!
Pros:

Property was clean, easy access and great location!

Cons:

I will say it can be loud at night - they provide ear plugs for you. If you’re like me who sleeps through anything and everything it won’t bother you!
Unable to do late check out unfortunately - doesn’t appear to be an option.

Unresolved serious maintenance issues and poor customer service
Pros:

Good location within walking distance of Porto’s main attractions. The apartment was spacious and the self check-in process was easy.

Cons:

Several serious issues remained unresolved for almost my entire 6-night stay despite being reported from the beginning. The main room light was so dim that I regularly had to use my phone flashlight to move around after dark. The bathroom blind provided insufficient privacy, forcing me to use the bathroom or the shower in complete darkness at night to avoid being seen from the building opposite and from the street. The main curtain also did not close properly.
Although I was repeatedly assured that maintenance would intervene, the intervention was postponed several times and none of the issues were fixed before my departure. No alternative room was offered, and the €35 compensation proposed for a stay costing approximately €460 was wholly inadequate given the circumstances.
