Muito boa.
Pros:

Localização muito boa, cortesia dos funcionários.

Cons:

Não gostei do facto que tinha que se pagar extra para usar o spa porque quando marquei não foi estipulado isso.

J’aurais aimé séjourner une 2e nuitée.

Le service impeccable, l’accueil chaleureux. En générale, tout était parfait.

Peut-être à cause du soleil qui frappait directement sur la chambre et on a ouvert les rideaux, on a eu chaud pendant la nuit.

Achei tudo ótimo desde do quarto, do jantar ate ao pequeno almoço.
Funcionários simpático sempre preocupados se nós estavamos a gostar ou nao !
Hotel muito limpo eu amei as piscinas .
Recomendo muito e futuramente voltarei sem dúvida alguma

Gutes Hotel für Azorenerkundung
Pros:

Super sauber und sehr bequeme Betten sowie Kissen und freudliches Personal. Optisch alles sehr hochwertig. Tolles Gym - funktionierte alles super. Genügen Parkplatzmöglichkeiten vorhanden für Mietautos.

Cons:

1. Defekte Tiefgarage (Ausweichen auf Aussenparkplätze - für uns kein Problem)
2. Aufpreispflichtiges Wellness (war uns nicht bewusst - pro Person pro Tag 10 EUR extra - finde ich nicht gerechtfertigt bei dem Hotelpreis)
3. Wir waren aufgrund frühem Flug relativ früh vor Ort, hatten wir auch bei der Reservation angegeben - das Hotel kam uns 0,0 entgegen für ein früheres Beziehen des Zimmers, es war eine Punktladung mit 15:00 Uhr finde ich Schade bei diesem Preis und Sternehotel - kenne ich anders
4. Das bitterste finde ich die Essensqualität des Hotelrestaurants (Aufpreis) sowie Rooftopbar. Preislich echt happig und das dafür gebotene Essen nicht gut.

Cons:

Le prix de CHF10.- par jour et par personne pour accéder au SPA. Pour un établissement 5 * c'est assez surprenant.

Bestellliste für Eiergerichte ist sehr praktisch

Cons:

Es war nicht möglich, das Zimmer 1,5 Stunden früher zu bekommen, obwohl ich darum gebeten habe, da nach unserer Ankunft Freunde auf uns gewartet haben. Ausgegangener Lachs beim Frühstück (09.15 Uhr) wurde erst nach Reklamation gebracht
