After staying at several hotels, this is now my first choice on São Miguel Island. Fantastic!
Pros:

The staff was amazing - very welcoming, polite, attentive, and genuinely helpful. They listened carefully to every request and concern I had. To my biggest surprise, I was welcomed with a gourmet dessert and a handwritten note, which was a truly thoughtful gesture.
The room was brand new, so everything looked spotless. The cleanliness was of the highest standard, and I was impressed by the overall attention to detail. Breakfast had everything I needed, with a great selection of fresh and tasty options. I also appreciated that the breakfast area was not too large, making it feel calm and never overcrowded.
One more thing worth mentioning is that many hotels and private accommodations on the island struggle with mold due to the tropical climate, which creates ideal conditions for it. Since this hotel is brand new, there were no signs of mold at all, and it is clear they are doing an excellent job maintaining the property.
(!!!) One detail I especially appreciated was the bedding. Unlike many other places on the island, the duvet was properly enclosed in a duvet cover instead of being placed between two flat sheets. It felt much more comfortable and, from a hygiene perspective, far more appealing.
No issues with parking, and you can reach any place in this island very quickly from there.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was that I hadn't booked more nights. I absolutely loved this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Holiday in Heaven
Pros:

Swimming pool and bar at the rooftop. Very nice and helpful staff. Comfy bed and big shower 😍

Cons:

The sea view wasn’t as good as I hoped. We had a glimpse of sea but in front of our balcony was a building site with a giant crane

Pros:

A piscina interior, exterior e jacuzzi.

Cons:

Paguei por um quarto com king size bed e quando lá cheguei era um double single, apenas juntaram as camas. Na receção explicaram a situação, ofereceram foi 2 vales de bebida pré selecionada no bar... a cama era desconfortável

Short stay, could’ve been better
Pros:

The hotel is nice and convenient as usual for the Hiltons. If we could have enjoyed all the services, it would have been great.

Cons:

We didn’t like that we couldn’t enjoy the pool due to an event, we should have been advised beforehand as we planned for a relaxing day. Also, the restaurant wasn’t available as regularly and on top there weren’t vegetarian choices and there aren’t much options around.

Pros:

Отель новый и большой. Очень комфортные чистые номера. Удобные кровати. Отличная звукоизоляция.
Прекрасный спа-центр. Видовой бассейн с террасой на крыше.
Хорошая локация, если Вы на машине. Рядом большой супермаркет Continente.
Питание скромное, но свежее и вкусное.

Cons:

Старший персонал ресепшен холодный и недружелюбный. Но молодые сотрудники, сотрудники спа и ресторана очень милые.
Зал ресторана очень маленький и не может разместить всех гостей, поэтому на ужин нужно записываться.

Mooi hotel maar eerder 4 dan 5 sterren waard.
Pros:

Mooie, ruime kamers en prima ontbijt.

Cons:

Chaotische incheck. Vuilbakje in onze badkamer was volledig gedeukt, voor een 5 sterren zou dit niet mogen. Naast het hotel is momenteel een bouwwerf die met momenten veel lawaai veroorzaakt.
