An outstanding experience from check-in to check-out! The staff was incredibly welcoming, warm, and attentive. We celebrated both our honeymoon and a birthday here, and they made sure to pamper us and make our stay truly special. The facilities are brand new and exceptionally well-maintained, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the breakfast was very nice. We will definitely be coming back!
The only minor issue was the pool towels — if you didn't grab them early in the morning, they ran out quite quickly.

La piscina y el ambiente que había en ella, música acogedora
Mi experiencia en este hotel, después de una estancia de 10 días y un gasto cercano a los 5.000 € entre alojamiento, comidas y otros servicios, ha estado muy por debajo de lo que esperaba de un establecimiento de esta categoría.
Antes de llegar pregunté si existía la posibilidad de realizar el check-in algo antes de las 15:00, ya que llegábamos después de prácticamente ocho horas de viaje y sin dormir. Me indicaron que dependería de la disponibilidad, algo que entiendo perfectamente. Sin embargo, llegamos aproximadamente entre las 13:00 y las 13:30 y no fue posible disponer de ninguna habitación. Estábamos agotados y tuvimos que marcharnos al pueblo para hacer tiempo, hasta el punto de que el cansancio hizo incluso desagradable conducir. Como alternativa, únicamente podíamos quedarnos medio tumbados en los sofás de recepción.
También me sorprendió enormemente que ninguna de las personas con las que tratamos en el hotel hablara castellano. Teniendo en cuenta la enorme cantidad de viajeros hispanohablantes ( somos el segundo país que más visita las islas) y la proximidad de las Azores con España, considero que un hotel orientado al turismo internacional debería poder ofrecer, al menos en cierta medida, atención en español.
Otro aspecto que me pareció incomprensible fue el tema de las toallas para la piscina. Hasta el tercer día de nuestra estancia no pudimos disponer de ellas. Cuando preguntábamos, la respuesta era que estaban secándose o que no había suficientes para todos los huéspedes. Considero que un hotel de esta categoría debería prever algo tan básico como disponer de suficientes toallas de piscina para sus clientes, especialmente en temporada alta.
Durante nuestra estancia ocurrió además algo que considero especialmente grave: uno de los días nuestra habitación se quedó directamente sin hacer.
Das Hotel an sich ist sehr schön ausgestattet und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist gut, wie bei einem Hotel dieser Preisklasse zu erwarten ist.
Die Zimmer sind sehr schön geräumig.
Z.Zt. befindet sich vor der Tür des Hotels eine Großbaustelle auf der 12/6 Stunden sehr laut gearbeitet wird. Der Balkon ist daher nicht benutzbar. Auch bei geschlossener Tür hört man den Baulärm.
Im Zimmer gibt es keine Minibar. Am 1. Tag stehen 2 kleine Flaschen Wasser bereit, die nicht leider nicht erneuert werde. Kostenloses Wasser ist heutzutage in vielen preisgünstigeren Hotels Standard.
Der Spabereich hat nicht meinen Erwartungen eines 5 Sterne Hotels entsprochen, obwohl er zusätzlich 10€ pro Tag kostet!
Die Saune ist ok, aber es gibt keine vernünftigen Abkühlmöglichkeiten, da es nur Regenduschen gibt, die nicht wirklich kalt sind. Das Dampfbad stinkt und der Abfluss ist sehr laut. Der Ruheraum ist nett, aber lieblos und kalt.

Három napig nem volt melegvíz a szobában két alkalommal is elmulasztották a takarítást a reggeliző rendszeresen zsúfolt volt már reggel nyolctól is nemcsak kilenc és 10 között rendszeresen elfelejtették valamit a szobában megcsinálni pl. szappan feltöltés pl. törülköző a lefolyó el van dugulva annak a megjavítása és így tovább szállodában meghirdetett wellness szolgáltatás extra fizetésért volt elérhető a medence pedig hideg vízzel volt feltöltve ami nem annyira kellemes amikor a melegvíz miatt reklamáltunk akkor azt mondták hogy menjünk le a fizetős spárba hogyha fürdeni szeretnénk ilyet egy vagy két csillagos szállodánál még elfogad az ember hogy közös zuhanyzóba megy de nem egy ötcsillagosban. A szálloda mellett építkezés volt reggel 8.00-tól este nyolcig elviselhetetlen volt a zaj
