Het dakterras met zwembad had een prachtig uitzicht en heel vriendelijk personeel
Onze kamer met zeezicht had slechts een klein stukje zeezicht. Echter hebben we dit aangegeven en werd heel netjes opgelost.

Quarto espaçoso, limpo e arrumado
Sehr gutes Hotel, wir hatten ein tolles Zimmer mit Balkon und Ausblick auf den Pico de Barrosa, über Lagoa und ein bisschen Meer. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle super freundlich, hilfsbereit und schnell.
Es gibt ein üppiges Frühstück und einen Pool und Bar auf dem Dach, sowie einen Wellnessbereich, der allerdings 10€ extra kostet (Tagesnutzung).
Bett war bequem und Badezimmer schön.
Es scheint keine Bademäntel für große Menschen zu geben. Sie hatten uns auf Nachfrage extra eine XL gebracht, aber die war für 1,90cm große Menschen immernoch recht knapp.

Przyjemny hotel o dobrym standardzie. Można odpocząć, zrelaksować się i miło spędzić czas. Świetny personel! Wszyscy zawsze uśmiechnięci, chętni do pomocy i tak po ludzku po prostu fajni. Warto skorzystać z restauracji: pyszne jedzenie i fachowa obsługa, duże brawa dla szefa kuchni i reszty zespołu. Warto też odwiedzić basen i bar, zlokalizowane na dachu.
Pokój wygodny, dobrze wyposażony z ogromnym łóżkiem.
Na śniadaniach jest m.in. duży wybór herbat z pobliskiej uprawy, których warto spróbować przed zakupami:-)
Najdroższe pokoje, czyli te z widokiem na morze (ocean), są aktualnie skierowane na pobliską budowę. To nie wina hotelu, że na działce obok jest budowa, ale promowanie pokoi w takiej cenie i komunikowanie widoku na morze (ocean) jest nie na miejscu. Ocean oczywiście widać, ale przyjemność z siedzenia na balkowie jest zerowa, kiedy przed oczami widać wielki dźwig i słychać hałas.
The staff was amazing - very welcoming, polite, attentive, and genuinely helpful. They listened carefully to every request and concern I had. To my biggest surprise, I was welcomed with a gourmet dessert and a handwritten note, which was a truly thoughtful gesture.
The room was brand new, so everything looked spotless. The cleanliness was of the highest standard, and I was impressed by the overall attention to detail. Breakfast had everything I needed, with a great selection of fresh and tasty options. I also appreciated that the breakfast area was not too large, making it feel calm and never overcrowded.
One more thing worth mentioning is that many hotels and private accommodations on the island struggle with mold due to the tropical climate, which creates ideal conditions for it. Since this hotel is brand new, there were no signs of mold at all, and it is clear they are doing an excellent job maintaining the property.
(!!!) One detail I especially appreciated was the bedding. Unlike many other places on the island, the duvet was properly enclosed in a duvet cover instead of being placed between two flat sheets. It felt much more comfortable and, from a hygiene perspective, far more appealing.
No issues with parking, and you can reach any place in this island very quickly from there.
The only thing I didn't like was that I hadn't booked more nights. I absolutely loved this hotel and would happily stay here again.

The sea view wasn’t as good as I hoped. We had a glimpse of sea but in front of our balcony was a building site with a giant crane
A piscina interior, exterior e jacuzzi.
Paguei por um quarto com king size bed e quando lá cheguei era um double single, apenas juntaram as camas. Na receção explicaram a situação, ofereceram foi 2 vales de bebida pré selecionada no bar... a cama era desconfortável
The hotel is nice and convenient as usual for the Hiltons. If we could have enjoyed all the services, it would have been great.
We didn’t like that we couldn’t enjoy the pool due to an event, we should have been advised beforehand as we planned for a relaxing day. Also, the restaurant wasn’t available as regularly and on top there weren’t vegetarian choices and there aren’t much options around.
