The rooms were beautiful and the staff were very polite and attentive.
Definitely going to come back! The location is great as well — very close to the a lot of restaurants .
Size of room is big
The pillow is too high especially for asian female, i asked for option thinner and softer pillow it was not available.
Good no frills hotel that is new. The staff are really accommodating and go the extra mile to make your stay nice and comfortable. The location is excellent for accessing Seminyak shopping and cafes. The bed is very comfortable.
This hotel has a lot of snags and housekeeping/maintenance are doing a very poor job of the upkeep. Snags: leaking sink, wobbly plug sockets, bulging ceiling (leak). Maintenance: very scruffy hallways with scruffs and mucky floors, dirty bed and bath floors (scum and crumbs), sink and shower full of black and orange mould. Quite disappointing for a new place with so much potential - it seems they do not care about the place at all. Also when I arrived the lobby toilet had faeces and my room toilet had bits inside it too. Can be noisy from other neighbours.
Location, accessibility and helpful staff.
Nothing but if I had to say, it would be the long walk to the rooms which was really scary especially at night due to lizards and insects.
I had a great stay at voco hotel. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Before check-in, we informed the staff about our top priorities and they handled everything exactly as requested. The staff were very friendly, respectful, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Excellent service and hospitality throughout the stay.
Small GYM and small swimming pool
The room was clean and spacious, beautiful landscape, helpful and kind staff, amazing bed, and i love that the bathroom has a bathtub.

Accessibility to everything
Stayed at voco Bali Seminyak recently and enjoyed my stay.
The whole place has a nice vibe — clean, modern, and still chill. The location was good, I could walk out and find places for dinner easily, it's also right next door to a convenience store.

Room was great too. Good space, super comfy bed, and everything just worked. Proper spot to relax after being out all day, felt like a nice sanctuary and good calm lighting.
small request. my particular room was a longer walk from the elevator, but it was good, was so quiet inside my room, you wouldn't believe you are in a very hustle n bustle area.
I don't remember seeing many people use the pool, but I enjoyed it after breakfast (which was really good and I had it included in my stay) the breakfast staff were such a good energy to start the day and asking for my coffee order straight away was the best, having barista made coffee every morning was heaven.
I didn't use the hotel restaurant at any other time besides breakfast so I can't comment on it.

Overall, just a really easy, enjoyable stay. Would 100% come back.
This is not the fault of the hotel, but I think there was some road works happening in the front of the hotel, my taxi driver had to do a few rerouting to enter the semi closed road in front and the different one way street situations that was happening (again, not the fault of the hotel) but something that might be helpful, not sure how long it will be there for.
