Location, cleanliness, and facilities
The breakfast selection was quite limited and offered very few choices. I stayed at this hotel two years ago, and the breakfast experience was significantly better at that time. Unfortunately, the quality and variety seem to have declined since then.
Me he hospedado varias veces en este hotel, muy bonito y muy conveniente el centro comercial que queda debajo del hotel. Situado en la mejor zona de Yakarta, las vistas verdes hacen que el paisaje sea muy agradable.
Me dieron una habitación con una configuración más limitada que las demás.
What we like about this hotel is that attached to the mall, which is handy for shopping and buying food of go to nice Cafe. We also enjoyed the pool and gym.
But the lobby is so small and not much to enjoy for the 5 stars hotel. Normally when we go to 5stars hotel, at least the lobby is big and comfortable to enjoy ourselves, not on this hotel sadly.
The room is just a regular room. Comfy bed and nice shower.

Sehr gutes und abwechslungsreiches Frühstücksbuffet. Lage war ausgezeichnet - direkt neben Shopping-Center. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter.
Zimmer war recht laut - Verbindungstür zu anderem Zimmer war so gut wie gar nicht schallisoliert. Bei lauten Nachbarn (was hier der Fall war), war es recht unangenehm und störend.

Noisy vehicles at the adjacent road (for road facing rooms) may sometimes disturb your early night sleeps....not hotel specific but a common problem for any road side hotels at Jakarta
Location is great. Hotel located in the same area with mall. If I need something, I just go to the mall. View to the city is great, I can see birds fly around, so joyful. Also we can see train out there. Room is very clean and comfortable.
I wish the staff give the same level of service to all guest. Not only for foreign.

Food wise, is hit and miss. Love the variety of the food, but the quality itself was so-so, as it was just okay. Got a very dry fried rice, and a bit bland satay, love the sweet porridge on the breakfast buffet. The honey comb was a nice touch.
The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast was very good with a nice variety of options.
It would be nice if the rooms included more small amenities such as envelopes or proper writing paper. For a five-star hotel, I expected a bit more stationery instead of just a small notepad and pencil.
