Pros:

The staff were absolutely amazing, patient and kind as was the food simply amazing and while definitely not a new building it has a lot of charm and its staff give it such a heart and soul and warmth I hope to remember for a long time.

Cons:

One thing I didn't quite understand was why the blankets were tucked in by a sheet on top. It looked like I had no blankets at all and didn't find them until after midnight on my first night. There also seemed to be no hot water upstairs though perhaps some guests used a lot of it before I did. Wouldn't be the first time.

Dissapponted with facilities and staff
Pros:

There was no light in shared bathroom. When i raised it with staff they didn't seem that interested. We stayed 2 nights and Our room was not attended to - no fresh towels, room not made up

Cheap, clean convient but a lot of door slamming at night and loud timbering flooring.
Pros:

Clean and spacious room

Cons:

No heating, no shower screen in ladies bathroom and no heater or mat and very open to hall way … door doesn’t close to floor. I didn’t shower. Also light in bathroom not working. Window in room didn’t lock.

Pros:

Good location, great food in the Bistro, helpful staff.

Cons:

Toilets upstairs don't work, light doesn't work in the bathroom. No shower curtain, bathmat, electric blankets or room heating. Extremely disappointing.

Pros:

駅から近く町を徒歩で回れる。

Cons:

1階がバーなので、一晩中騒がしく寝られなかった。テレビの音は聞こえるが、映像が見られなかった。寒かったが、暖房がなかった。1日目男性用のシャワールームが使えなかった。また電気のスイッチがどこにあるか分からなかった。

Bar staff and food

Cons:

Accommodation was very noisy with music going from pokie room very loud in rooms toilets and showers were in poor condition. Guest kitchen had no milk .

It ended up shit because of the lack of sleep. We ended up forfeiting our final night to get accommodation elsewhere tha
Pros:

Location, price and comfort

Cons:

They play music non stop 24/7 and at 4:30am it bellows through the place and makes sleeping impossible. They have a 4am licence but couldn’t give a toss about the patrons in their accommodation, I asked if they could at least turn it down when they were closed but that didn’t happen.

The owner didnt like giving tax reciepts for work. I caught one of the staff members picking there nose without washing there hands and then giving food to the customer. One of the staff members was selling drugs to someone in the pokie rooms while he was working. I developed a rash after sleeping in one of the queen rooms on my legs and back. I had food stolen out of the fridge in the common room and the staff didnt even care. Shower were always cold because the hot water did not work. Shower doors would not close when showering. All in all i do not reccommend this place.
