The apartment was in a great spot in Collingwood, staff were super helpful, the room had everything we needed and more. Really reasonably priced for the rooms on offer!

Super cute studio apartment! Perfect for myself and my friend for a girls weekend. Had the absolute best sleep in our bed, was soooo comfy! Would 1000% book to stay here again, such a good location especially being someone who goes to Melbourne often to watch AFL at the MCG.
Honestly can't fault our stay. Everything was well above what I anticipated being such a last minute booking. The staff were so friendly and helpful and it couldn't have been a smoother process all up!

Great location for busy Smith and Gertrude streets. Local #86 trams and Collingwood train station 10min walk. Able to walk to MCG and CBD, and the local 'Gardens'. Super market close by also. Pleased to be able to open the window a little-bit for fresh air. The interior is new and clean. Big TV.They were able to arrange a twin beds setup for us. Beautiful neat bathroom.
Nice kitchen set up but we didn't use it because there are many restaurants in the area!

mattress was soooo hard very firm and really uncomfy I asked for a mattress topper they put a doona under the sheet under the sheet for me but the next day the cleaners took it off.
Car park was so tiny to try to get in and out of it was terrible i was advised to drive the car down the wrong way to get in and out
Staff were friendly, room was clean and well appointed.
A really exceptional experience from start to finish. Super smooth check in and parking (at an excellent rate), friendly helpful welcome, room itself modern, immaculate and really confortable. I haven't slept that well on a business trip since goodness knows when. I'll be back for sure - I travel a lot for business and this was the best experience I've had in years.
