Good place to stay.
Pros:

Nice apartment. Quiet and secure .Had a balcony and a bit of a view. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was reasonable and had cutlery crockery etc but quite basic. Within walking distance to central Hobart with some interesting buildings and shops along the way. Close to lots of restaurants for dinner and a number of coffee shops. There was parking available for a fee. I would stay again.

Cons:

Instructions on how to use the stove would be good.
Also a blanket instead of a doona because it was too hot
To sleep.,

It’s always good l stay here regularly
Pros:

I like the location it’s easy access to all locations

Cons:

No TV wasn’t working at all would not turn on
The size of the car parks- park at own risk it’s no wonder because you car is bound to be damaged
When l raised my concern the attendant put me in a different parking space or l would of parked on the street

Perfect in everyway
Pros:

The apartment is roomy and has everything you need. It is spotlessly clean. The bed is extremely comfortable with crisp clean cotton sheets. No noise and location is very good.

Good value roomy and clean but needs washing machine
Pros:

Nice clean and modern lovely apartment

Cons:

No washing machine / dryer in room had to use the communal one and pay $5 to wash and $6 to dry
No tv in bedroom only small one in living area

Pros:

The room was excellent, the staff were fantastic and the location was exceptional.

Cons:

The bed. It was awful. Six nights of very average sleep. Big dip in the middle, and way too soft. It really ruined what was otherwise a fabulous room.
