I'd be happy to use this acco when I come to visit my daughter ...who lives within 5 min
Pros:

I realaly liked the pool area plus being next door to the night markets was super ... plus the tram stop was really close.

Cons:

The lifts had a fault tht made them slow ...kept saying something like "clear the door way" ...this happened on every trip and there was nothing in the door way.

I would of prefered 24 hour reception ...but the key lock box worked. ( I arrived at 1am

Pros:

Location and a full kitchen if needed with a decent fridge

Cons:

Rooms are on the smaller side, they have an enclosed balcony/verandah which seemed a bit pointless. I would have preferred more space inside.

Broken billing system- avoid
Cons:

Getting charged twice for the booking and be told I would pay again at the desk

I abandoned the stay when it was going to cost over $700 to stay the night. I booked into another hotel where a $220 a night room costed just that

I have blacklisted this venue and chain for all of my staff.

Good location
Pros:

Location is great, nice bathroom, friendly staff.

Cons:

The bed and room is not comfy as it appears. Really annoying bright light beside the bed, you will need to cover it with a towel or clothing as it lights up the whole room.

Such a nice, warm, comfortable quiet room.
Pros:

Quiet, comfy beds, great lighting, super helpful staff.

Cons:

No table and chairs to sit at in our room but we could have upgraded for this.

Gym, zwembad en bubbelbad, fijne kamer en keuken (best compleet,)

Cons:

Wasmachine droger werkte slecht, en er is geen ontbijt te verkrijgen, ook waren er maar twee fietsen ( wij waren met vier personen)
