Loved the area it was in, nicely located in Fitzroy.
Everything was clean and tidy and well maintained.
Nothing really it was a good stay
Beautiful room for such great value! All the facilities were well maintained. Last check in was super easy and the staff were so lovely. It was very handy having a full kitchenette with microwave and cook top - ideal for longer stays. Location is close to plenty of resturants, cafes and public transport.
The payment process was a little confusing, and I am unsure why we couldn't just pay through booking.com as I have for all other stays.
Great value, clean, comfortable and excellent location.
Mini bar and snacks would be better in the room. The lobby was unattended in the evenings and there were no signs to explain the system, so we just didn’t get anything.
The property is centrally located in Collingwood and very close to Fitzroy. I loved the neighborhood. The gym is decent, and the staff were helpful.
I didn’t like that our room’s balcony was covered by the original facade of the building. I wish that we were on a higher floor for a better view.

Property was clean, well presented, and had all we needed. The pool and jacuzzi on the roof, with a view of Melbourne were spectacular. Location couldn’t have been better :)
We were upgraded as it was my birthday. So lovely! Clean, contemporary and thoughtful interiors. Love the rooftop pool and spa.
The lift was right outside our room door and this meant you could hear the comings and goings of neighbours leaving early.
Size of room, equipment, shower
Staff were a bit unhelpful about wifi connectivity problems. Spa turned out to just be a hot tub.
