Great spot for a quick family getaway. Pool area was lots of fun and perfect walking distance to Marvel, QVM and Melbour
Pros:

Great location, pool & spa were great and the staff were very helpful. Arcade games in the lobby were the perfect distraction for the kids while we were checking in.

Not worth the value for money, disappointed on how tight the hotel was with their facilities.
Pros:

Staff were fantastic.
I liked how they had an adult only time for the facilities (Spa, Sauna and Steam room).
I liked how they had refillable water to save on bottles and plastic.

Cons:

The execuative loung was disappointing, you pay extra for these rooms and they were very tight with their offerings. There was only two beers out, no spirits on offer, as I don't drink wine. So it was disappointing as every other experiance I have had was way above this experiance.

Breakfast, was good although Coffee was disgusting, had powdered milk instead of real milk. Very disapointing for a high end hotel charging high end prices.

As soon as we walked into our room it spelt off like something was stuck in the pipes. When we were in the room during the day we had to keep the balcony door open to try and air out the room.

Over all, the price was not worth what they were offering, they were very tight and stingy with their offerings.

Won't be getting breakfast or paying for a room with the executive bar, it was not worth the money.

Beautiful place to stay for our girls weekend, staff were really friendly and accommodating and the rooms were beautiful
Pros:

Great location, beautifully designed and presented

Cons:

No clear Instructions for parking on arrival made us loose a lot of time when it came to checking in. The barcode didn’t work on the block for room service but we just called through anyway. A mini bar would have been nice and robes

Pros:

The hotel was amazingly comfortable and clean, everyone was so hospitable and kind. We were so close to everything and enjoyed everything this hotel had to offer. We had an amazing time there.
