Fantastic family hotel
Pros:

Such a great hotel. Location was great, clean and comfy rooms and the pool was fantastic (maybe a little on the chilly side, but my children loved it). Breakfast was great. The pancake machine was a novelty and very much enjoyed!

The pool was good. Just needed to be slightly bigger. Breakfast was excellent. Location was good, close to Southern Cross Station. Staff were amazing!

Cons:

Small pool if many occupants. Needs a few more arcade games in reception. Couldn't find the sauna.

Excellent facilities. The gym was excellent. Super clean and modern equipment.
The pool was really nice for a centre of city hotel. Spa was nice, albeit a bit small, especially when the pool was busy.

Cons:

The view - looking into a carpark. But honestly, can’t be helped. It is right in the centre of Melbourne. Not an issue, but could have been better.
