Guest Reviews
Gym facilities were good. Good location.
The bed was terrible. I should have slept on the carpet - would have been softer on the floor! Couldn't find the sauna or steam room gave up in the end. Gym AC wasn't working either so couldn't stay in there for long. The bed is the major issue. Worst I've had at a hotel 🛏️
Love the place . Very convenient. They gave us baloons and chocolate and a letter for our anniversary
Location and decor. Great pool and gym area
All good
The pool was lovely on a warm night. The bed was comfortable and the room was modern.
We got upgraded to a deluxe king room and given a box of chocolates and balloons for my husband’s birthday which was lovely.
The location was a bit further out from the city and closer to Spencer street station so not as much in a close vicinity.
From the moment we arrived the reception staff were so amazing.
valet parking great, bar staff amazing and so good.
Bistro food for breakfast was great amd staff again so friendly and helpful.
Rooms were clean and spacious.

Location
My sisters room had a sewerage issue and it took a few attempts for her to get a new room.
She was then moved to another room on another floor and room was a twin room
The room was beautiful, comfy bed. Beautiful facilities. Pool was great and loved the spa and steam room! Great buffet breakfast. Highly recommend!
Clean tidy
Pillows too soft and not easy to park car without having to pay extra
Lovely & cool
Nothing
Well located only a short walk from Southern Cross Railway Station. The staff were very helpful in explaining all amenities and giving local knowledge about eateries etc. There is PLENTY of multicultural restaurants so close to choose from.
Only a 5 to 10 min walk and your in the heart of the shopping area of town.
Also
The buffet breakfast was pretty damn good.
Nothing it was great.
We love the location of the hotel. The room was spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The staff are always lovely and provide an excellent standard of service
Perhaps some monitoring of the pool regarding behaviour (throwing a ball in the pool from one end to another).
Great location
