Fabulous location, comfortable and good service
Pros:

Fabulous location for Gare du Nord. Very clean and decor was lovely. Loved the layout of the room. The staff were very responsive, had an issue and they rectified immediately. Very good service. Oh and there is a great view of the Eiffel Tower on the higher floors.

Cons:

It is quite noisy but that’s no fault of the hotel. It’s a busy part of the city.

Pros:

Great location, in front of the railway station. Despite the busy location we had no complaints about street noise.
Breakfast buffet was good with plenty of choices.
And we got upgraded to a bigger room.

Hotel needs a lot of improvements
Pros:

The breakfast was very good, the staff were very friendly and helpful.
I asked for 2 adapted rooms (disabled) got none, you could only get one person with suitcase in lift. We were put on 1st 3rd and 6th floor couldn’t have been further apart

Cons:

Asked for twin rooms we did get two beds pushed together which we couldn’t push apart due to space I was sharing with another lady. Air conditioning set at 22 and you can’t lower it far to hot.bathroom door was all glass not good at all felt very let down

Great location and reasonable price
Pros:

Conveniently located across from the Gare du Nord making it easy to get to CDG airport the next morning. There was some street noise but it died down after 10pm. From our room on the 8th floor we had a great view of Monmartre snd of the Eiffel Tower from the stairway. Our room was spacious with a nice layout and style. Very good water pressure with plenty of hot water.

Cons:

The feather pillows on our bed smelled bad. We asked the maid to change them out. They brought us non-feather pillows. The bathroom tiles and corners on the floor could have been cleaner but they weren't terrible.
