Location, taille de la chambre, accueil, le rooftop, le petit déjeuner.

Cons:

2 ascenseurs, un seulement pour le quatrième étage où je restais. Donc pas pratique. Longue attente et jongler pour appeler l’ascenseur qui s’arrête mais ne s’ouvre pas, pas normal. Ce genre de panne doit être adressée très vite. Je le sais pour avoir travaillé dans l’hôtellerie.

Corridors quite dark and room could do with a lick of paint.

Location was excellent and rooftop bar too.

Cons:

We were on floor 4. There were 2 lifts. One was out of action and the remaining lift did not like stopping on our floor. Hence we spent quite some time going up to the 7th floor and the ground floor.
Wardrobe space enough for 6 hangers so very small.

Perfecte locatie. Mooi, schoon en vriendelijk hotel.
Pros:

Super locatie. Schoon. Prachtig groot bed. Badkamer groot en schoon. Parkeren betaald in een parkeergarage aan de overkant.

Goed hotel zeer vriendelijk personeel de rooftop bar is overschat en kan beter zeker het ontbijt
Pros:

De locatie is top midden in een opkomende wijk en vlakbij het centrum

Cons:

Ontbijt en de organisatie hiervan viel me voor 23,- euro per ontbijt tegen.
Veel eten werd te laat aangevuld.
De tijd om te ontbijten is ook zeer strikt stipt 10 uur werd alles opgeruimd.

Brilliant charming hotel by the river and a lively neighbourhood

Location in Chartrons was brilliant . Characterful with bakery and mini market nearby charming squares with abundant restaurants . The hotel was stylish clean and all staff so lovely .

Sehr gut gelegen, auch die Rooftopbar ist top.

Cons:

Leider ging ein Lift für die Etage 4 nicht. Man musste versuchen den Anderen zu ergattern oder in die 5. Etage fahren und runter laufen.

Lovely.
Pros:

It was amazing. I liked the location it was in a quieter part of town but still close to everything. The Tram system in Bordeaux is phenomenal so we got around super easy.

The staff was super kind and gave us a lot of good suggestions.

Cons:

The only thing that wasn’t great was, one elevator didn’t open on our floor. If it was called and got stuck there, the other one wouldn’t come. I had a sprained ankle with a boot on; the stairs weren’t a good option for me.

La mejor elección para visitar Burdeos.
Pros:

Es la tercera vez que nos alojamos en este hotel y siempre hemos salido muy contentos, evidentemente. El hotel esta a un pequeño paseo del centro, con la ventaja de no tener que sufrir los ruidos, aglomeraciones y molestias de la ingente cantidad de gente que había en Burdeos. Ademas, aunque no tiene parking propio, existe uno justo al lado grande y con buenas plazas de aparcamiento. Las habitaciones son cómodas y tranquilas. Y como guinda, el desayuno se sirve en la ultima planta, con unas vistas espectaculares de la ciudad y si el tiempo lo permite, la posibilidad de disfrutarlo en la terraza es un plus añadido. En cuanto al personal, es muy amable y a pesar de que no hablamos francés, no tuvimos ningún tipo de problema porque no solo había gente que hablaba ingles sino que ademas había una chica que era española.

Cons:

No poder quedarnos mas. Nos sentimos muy. cómodos y para nosotros, cuando pasamos por Burdeos, es nuestra parada fija.
