Schönes Hotel in bester Lage
Pros:

Sehr freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal. Tolles Zimmer, perfekt klimatisiert. Und die Lage war perfekt!

Cons:

Am Abend war die Dachterrasse für ein privates Event geschlossen, was schade für uns war. Wir wurden allerdings beim Check In darauf hingewiesen und haben die Aussicht dann am Nachmittag genossen.

Great staff and facilities
Pros:

Superb staff really helped. The air-conditioning worked fairly well but could not get the room really cool when outside temps were 35C. The breakfast was superb and the location o the 7th floor was amazing. Stored our bikes safely, and looked after us. Ate on the rooftop one night and it was great.

The air conditioning was ok but not great.

Comfortable and convenient
Pros:

Great location and stunning rooftop breakfast. Room was lovely and well equipped. Parking very convenient and reasonably priced.

Cons:

We stayed in one of the suites which are described as having panoramic views, I expected to be able to see the town or river but it had a view of a businesslike courtyard. Hotel is quite corporate.

Cons:

Evacuation de la douche bouchée. Peinture écaillée sur tous les murs de la chambre.
Rooftop fermé à la dernière minute pour évènements privés sans avertissement avant.
Pour 200€ la nuit, ce n'est pas acceptable.

La chambre et la literie, en soit, confortable

Cons:

La chasse d'eau était défectueuse, malgré notre alerte, aucune maintenance n'a été faite. Le bruit étant infernal, nous avons dû déménager en pleine nuit. Donc 400 balles pour ne pas dormir des 2 nuits, je trouve cela inacceptable.
Aucune compensation n'a été proposée par l'établissement.
