Schönes Hotel und in toller Lage zwischen Altstadt, Chartrons und Cité du Vin!
Pros:

Tolle Lage, schönes Hotel. Wir konnten alles zu Fuss machen und waren doch an einer ruhigen Lage. Im Chartrons hat es auch sehr tolle Restaurants und der Fluss ist quasi vor der Haustür.

Cons:

Nachts gab es ein paar „Störenfriede“: Die Klimaanlage war sehr laut, sodass wir sie nachts nicht nutzen konnten. Unser Zimmer war gegen den Innenhof, wo es nachts blinkende grüne Lichter hatte die auch mit den Vorhängen noch zu sehen waren.

Pros:

The breakfast was wonderful and the view from the restaurant was lovely as well. We had a great visit and the location was perfect for watching the fireworks on the 14th of July.

Modernes, zentral gelegenes Hotel mit toller Dachterrasse.
Pros:

In diesem zentral gelegenen Hotel am Quai Chartrons in der City Mondial, ist man schnell an allem, was wesentlich für Bordeaux ist. Das Personal ist durchgängig sehr freundlich. Die Dachterrasse, auf der ein sehr gutes Fückstücksbuffee angeboten wird und die auch tagsüber und abends ein schöner Platz ist mit dem Blick auf Pont de Pierre und die Garonne, ist wunderbar. Nur wer klimatisierte Hotelzimmer und blau als Farbe nicht mag, sollte es lassen.

A comfortable stay in an excellent location.
Pros:

The staff were very welcoming on my arrival and helpful throughout my stay. My room was spacious with a large and very comfortable bed. There were tea and coffee making facillities and cold water available from a water station. The breakfast offered a lot of choice, was good quality and there is a terrace overlooking the river for when the weather is good.
The hotel is in a great location, close to the river and the Chartrons district and not too far to walk to the City Centre.

Cons:

My only niggle was the separate loo and bathroom which I don't really like.

Une expérience absolument inadmissible dans cet hôtel.

L’hôtel a refusé de me fournir ma facture sur place, en m’indiquant que celle-ci devait être délivrée par Booking. Depuis, c’est un véritable parcours du combattant pour simplement obtenir un document pourtant essentiel.

Lorsque j’appelle le numéro de l’hôtel, je tombe sur une plateforme téléphonique où la communication est extrêmement compliquée et où il est impossible d’être mis en relation avec un responsable de l’établissement. Et lorsque, par miracle, j’arrive à joindre directement l’accueil, la qualité de la ligne est tellement mauvaise qu’il est quasiment impossible de communiquer correctement.

On m’a finalement assuré que ma facture allait m’être envoyée par e-mail. Je l’attends toujours malgré mes nombreuses relances.

Je trouve cette gestion totalement inadmissible et particulièrement peu professionnelle. Lorsqu’un client demande simplement sa facture après avoir payé son séjour, il ne devrait pas avoir à passer autant de temps et d’énergie pour l’obtenir.

Je déconseille fortement cet établissement, notamment au vu du manque de sérieux du service client et du suivi des demandes.
