Due to Hospitalisation Early Saturday morning, unable to have breakfast; but enjoyed a hearty, tasteful evening meal.

There was often no one on reception.
It's a bit off piste but actually nearby restaurants seemed good and liked the Coopers Ale House on the next corner.

Very clean and good location
The room was too hot and even after letting the staff know that whenever we adjusted the thermostat it would reset itself to the higher temperature. Found it very hard to sleep

The water pressure, or lack of, in the shower was extremely disappointing and there was a terrible smell coming from the pipes in the bathroom which, even after cleaning, still lingered and was present my entire 2nights stay.

No time for breakfast as we had to be at the airport for an international flight and breakfast wasn't available until 7.30am
Would have appreciated some assistance with luggage been taken up to the airport. Had to wrestle with 2 suitcases, 2 carry on baggage and a bike bag.

Didn’t have rubbish bin in the lounge area just the one in the toilet and have so much rubbish that can’t be put in that bin in the toilet. Also, the door on the toilet was just weird and door stop always hit our foot but other then that everything was perfect
The amenities like the shampoo, conditioner and soaps were nice but that’s it.
The sheets on the bed are dirty and It has stains. Asked for room full room service but the bed/sheets still gave us bites.

I asked for clean towels, thank you they put them on my bed, but didn't remove the old towels I had left in the bathroom.
I thought I would have been given clean teacups/drinking glasses over the stay, but didn't happen.
