Great stay in a good location.
Pros:

Beautiful corner room, spacious and comfortable. Excellent customer service from Pauline at Reception. Good onsite Mexican restaurant with salsa music. Good location, walking distance to the market, Chinatown, restaurants, theatre and cathedral

All good. Room can do with a good dusting.

Disappointed Stay
Pros:

Bed and pillows were lovely. Iced lattes were nice. Toast was nice at breakfast.

Cons:

Our room wasn't as described. We had a disability access with shower curtains in bathroom. Breakfast was almost cold. Juices weren't refilled. Had to pay for coffee as no alt milk available. Yoghurt/Granola was soggy.
Fruit etc wasnt refilled when low
Spare toilet paper was in the loungeroom
