The whole experience. Great location bed was comfy as and the shower was roomy. If I had to pick a negative it's that the pressure from the shower was lacking

Comfortable stay with good amenities and a welcoming feel.
I was disappointed to find that there wasn’t a single bottle of water provided. I woke up thirsty in the middle of the night and had no drinking water available in the room, which was quite inconvenient.
The hotel staff were lovely and very accommodating. We had a couple of issues during our stay and the staff were genuinely attentive to our feedback and tried hard to rectify these things.
After the cleaner attended on two separate occasions, our room door was left ajar. We were especially disappointed that after we expressed our upset and concern about this after the first incident, this happened a second time. We were particularly annoyed that the message had not been relayed to the cleaning department.

Our room smelt like mould, I rung multiple times to request linen change and new towels and never got them?
upon checkin we were told the nearest carpark to park the car was a 10 mins walk

Nice big comfy bed. Staff very friendly and helpful.
A/c hard to regulate. Parking 5min walk from the hotel. Drop off and pick up is on a very busy street.

Fab location close enough to the things we wanted to do, but just out of the busy part of the city so it was quiet. The beds were comfortable and we had a lovely view of the Adelaide hills.
To get help at reception, we had to call a mobile phone number. It would have made more sense to have a call button.
