Good value hotel based on it’s many facilities and very good food at reasonable prices.
Pros:

Location was good, food was very good and at reasonable prices for a large hotel, the facilities were very good as was the room and its amenities.

Cons:

It would great if the room doors could close with less noise - you can only sleep in until someone in a room near you leaves their room as it’s hard to do so without the doors making a loud bang when closing. On most occasions it takes way too long to deliver an order of 2 Bintangs - friendly casual service is nice but sometimes you just want a bit more urgency to get that beer.

Para tan bello hotel fue totalmente decepcionante la falta de aislacion sonora que tenia, se escuchaba todo, no solo de los pasillos, sino tambien de la calle

Best Hotel in Jimbaran.
Pros:

Lovely location; great facilities, and Mia at reception was so helpful when I wanted to extend my stay. All the staff were very kind and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you to all staff at Platinum. You are all amazing.

房間很大、設備齊全、走了一整天晚上泡了熱澡加入提供的椰子油鹽巴覺得放鬆！
隔天早餐也許多當地特色料理、人員也都很親切，非常喜歡麵包布丁這道料理，服務的人員也很熱情跟我分享當地做法以及當日活動資訊，可惜是最後一天了！

Pros:

Petit hôtel dans un cadre magnifique et très tranquille ! Villa très moderne avec chambre à coucher à l étage
Personnel très serviable, aimable et toujours disponible
Le restaurant et sa nourriture indonésienne est très bien

Cons:

Canapé très bas et un peu difficile pour des personnes âgées de se relever de celui-ci…Le concept est super mais pas toujours pratique

The staff were friendly. Massage was good.

Cons:

Not much to do near the hotel other than the beach and fish market. The hotel.isnt actually on the beach, it's across the street. The hotel was nice, but the rooms were a bit run down, especially the bathrooms. The drain in the shower leaked, Bathroom was older.
