Pros:

The location is beautiful. It has great views and is close enough to catch a taxi into kuta but far enough away from the crowds

Cons:

The rooftop bar creates a lot of noise with their love music until 1030. If you're an early sleeper you will need to use the ear plugs provided.

Awesome location right on the beach, staff attentive & warm!

Cons:

Although we enjoyed the rooftop bar, they have live music every night & it was very loud of you wanted to be sleep before 10.30pm. We were on level 8 so directly below it, next time we would book a lower level.

Stardards internationaux de très bon niveau: Bali où es-tu?
Pros:

Hôtel pimpant neuf avec tout le confort de la modernité. Standards internationaux respectés.
Chambre grande avec lit confortable, bureau avec plateau bouilloire refourmi chaque jour (thés, café, sucre, creamer), salle de bain avec bain et douche (petits accessoires compris: rasoir+ crème, cotons tiges, peigne, bonnet de douche, brosses à dents + dentifrice, ...).
Joli balcon face à la mer avec vue splendide.
L'infrastructure de hôtel est très complète (salle de sport, corner kids, 2 piscines, sauna, jacuzzi - accessible gratuitement, centre de bien-être offrant des services complets et de qualité, restaurant, bars - dont un au roof top). La cuisine est bonne dans les restaurants et le buffet petit déjeuner est complet, varié, avec énormément de choix. les employés de l'hôtel sont toujours au taquet pour vous aider pour tout.
Les employés de la réception sont agréables et compétents. Il sont toujours là pour vous aider.
La localisation est exceptionnelle, directement face à la plage (il faut traverser la rue, donc ce n'est pas "pieds dans l'eau).
Si vous cherchez un séjour de qualité et de type international, le Platinum Hôtel Jimbaran vous conviendra parfaitement.
Enfin, la plage est sympa avec lits de plage à disposition et parasols (le tout gratuit)

Cons:

Le standard international, aseptisé, sans aucun charme, qui ne vous fait (pratiquement) pas sentir que vous êtes à Bali.
Je n'y reviendrai plus car je ne n'aime aucunement cette ambiance balnéaire dépourvue de charme: vous êtes à Bali mais on peut presque se croire dans le sud de l'Espagne ou de la France, en Tunisie ou à Miami.
Hôtel parfait si vous aimez bronzer sur une chouette plage, manger des produits de la mer, dans un beau nouvel hôtel top qualité.
2 x par semaine, il y a un barbecue et musique sur le roof top: étant au 8 ème étage, juste en dessous du roof top, j'ai dégusté la musique jusque passé 11.00 pm dans ma chambre.

Razoável. Overpriced.

Excelente pequeno almoço. Boa dimensão do quarto e do WC. Bom nível de limpeza.

Cons:

Fica em frente aos restaurantes cujo fumo e cheiro a comida dos grelhados é uma constante. Rua muito suja ao lado. Os funcionários tem um nível de inglês muito baixo, muito dificil entendê-los e comunicar com eles. Não arranjam soluções imediatas, passam as questões de uns para os outros, o que demora tempo a resolver qualquer questão ou pedido. Atendimento no restaurante e no bar muito lento, muito tempo até o pedido mais básico ( um chá e um bolo) a vir para a mesa. A piscina nem sequer tinha funcionários para servir bebida ou recolher toalhas no periodo da tarde.
Não colocam consumiveis nas WC para troca quando necessário ( apenas um rolo de papel em cada limpeza), e nunca colocam uma toalha de banho a mais. Psicina exterior pouco profunda ( 1,50 de profundidade) e muito pequena e com poucas cadeiras. Ficamos num quarto por debaixo do restaurante do piso superior ( rooftop) e ouviamos a música ao vivo até depois das 12 PM, e depois toda a limpeza do espaço com arrastar de mesas e cadeiras que se seguiu após fechar o espaço de referições e bar

For what we paid, it was an overall good holiday

Great location and clean

Cons:

The staff are good attentive but need to learn a little more English. The chefs need to learn how to cook eggs for Westerners.
The pool area could be better.
Scotch is sold by the bottle not nips and same with Grey Goose Vodka

Everything. The staff were fantastic and friendly all the time. The buffet breakfast was fantastic and they cater for everyone. The restaurant 😍! We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back ourselves.

Such a relaxing visit
Pros:

Room was well decorated and clean, we had the pool access which was nice to step out onto. Food was good and reasonably priced.

Cons:

Service was a bit slow as you could wait a while for a drink at night time, even if just a bottle of beer and glass of wine. But all staff were extremely friendly and welcoming!

Cudowny czas z rodziną

Bardzo ładny, nowoczesny hotel, przemiły i pomocny personel, w czasie pobytu córki obchodziły urodziny pomogli zorganizować nam piękne kwiaty i od siebie jeszcze w trakcie śniadania zaśpiewali Sto lat i wręczyli każdej po torciku ze świeczkami. Bardzo dobre i urozmaicone śniadania, zarówno na słono jak i słodko, w restauracji hotelowej pyszne jedzenie zamawiane z karty z przystępnymi cenami. Pokoje tak, jak prosiliśmy dostaliśmy obok siebie z balkonem i pięknym widokiem na morze. Pokój duży, wyposażony w małą lodówkę, bardzo duże i wygodne łóżko, łazienka z wanną i oddzielnym prysznicem, zestaw kosmetyków, codzienne sprzątanie, zmiana ręczników i zaopatrzenie w butelkowaną wodę. Dwa baseny, siłownia, blisko do lotniska, dobrze działające WiFi. Z miłą chęcią jeszcze byśmy tam wrócili.

Cons:

Hôtel de très belle facture. Tout est moderne et infiniment propre. Les équipements sont complets et le personnel est très chaleureux. La plage est d’un bleu azur et il y’a plusieurs piscines. Enfin le petit dej est très varié et très bon.
