The pools areas, the restaurants, amenities and the staff were exceptional
I did not like the fact that accross the road from the hotel were fish restaurants, blockin on the beach front and were burning their rubish during the day and the fish lefovers and smell were horible in the whole area
Hotel was hosting a large function that meant certain spaces were not available for other guests to use.
Loved the location straight across the road from the beach and seafood restaurants .

The hotel was very impressive.
The rooftop bar and the infinity pool were a nice bonus.
But the best thing about the hotel was the very friendly and smiling staff especially Dewi who looked after us very well during our stay including getting us a piece of cake with candles on for our celebration.
We mentioned to the staff that we were celebrating our 40th Wedding Anniversary while in Bali and there was a nice congratulations message on a plate in our room with some lovely cake also. When we arrived.
The only surprise was how much it cost to keep our room for a few hours before our taxi picked us up.
We were charged half of the room rate.
Apart from that, everything was perfect.

Lovely, clean and modern, right opposite the beach and close to Denpasar airport, so great for a couple of nights stay without having to deal with the appalling traffic to Seminyak and beyond.
The pillows were large and dense which made it an uncomfortable sleep, so ended up using the cushions to sleep on. For the price there should be the option of alternative pillows.
We stayed directly under the roof top bar so the music and furniture scraping was very loud during the evenings.
