From the moment they pick you up, and up until the moment they drop you off, the whole stay was amazing. The pictures basically reflect what you get. I loved that they decorated the room for us as we were celebrating our engagement. The staff was soooo sweet, they remembered our names and always welcomed us personally. The room was spacious and kept constantly clean for us. It was close to the swimming pool and the beach. The two restaurants on location was perfect - both western and Indonesian cuisine.
The experience was amazing and we'd definitely come back again. Thank you so much Sheraton team for making our stay a memorable one, we will be back soon!
It would have been nicer if they had a pool where it was deeper so you could actually swim. I think the deepest pool they had was 1.2m.

Der Aufenthalt war super. Das Personal sehr freundlich und immer fröhlich. Direkt neben dem Hotel hat es auch Einkaufsläden und Restaurants. Würde dieses Hotel jedem empfehlen, welcher nach Bintan geht.
Such a lovely resort. The staff were amazing and so welcoming & knowledgeable. We even got a special breakfast on our last day. We loved our stay.

My room aircon was not cold at all despite the engineer coming twice to try to fix- in the end I had to ask for an electric stand fan to sleep comfortably

The beach is not a best one, but altight
After travelling 3 weeks, I voted this hotel the absolute best for comfort of bed and pillows . Also buffet breakfast was amazing , staff also.
