Great resort holiday with amazing staff and service
Pros:

Amazing buffet breakfast and staff! Great to have the children’s play room for our baby to burn some energy. We really enjoyed the pool facilities as well.

Room had a funny smell at times

It was a good stay overall, i enjoy the views, strategic location and very warm hospitality from the staff.
Pros:

It was near to Lagoi Bay, view was also nice and staff were all very nice. Spa was good too.

Cons:

The toilet facilities are questionable and the aircon is not functioning too sometimes :(

Pros:

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Zimmer war sauber, gemütlich und modern eingerichtet. Das Personal war sehr sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, und auch die Lage des Hotels war ideal. Das Essen war auch gut. 2 verschiedene Restaurants.
Besonders gut gefallen haben uns die angenehme Atmosphäre und der hervorragende Service. Kann das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Cons:

Pooltiefe nur 1.2m und warmes Wasser:(

Lovely stay until the incident happen where 2 guests can enter my room! This is not acceptable.
Pros:

Food selection during breakfast was amazing and delicious. Thank you chef and team.
The receptionist, concierge and all the staff are very friendly. Bed is comfortable. The cafe near the swimming pool is awesome specially their live band.

Cons:

Incident happen during my stay, 2 people (which I believe they are siblings) enter my room, they walk opposite my way and enter my room before I enter the room. Duty manager and team did their investigation and mentioned they accidentally enter the wrong room because the room was open. Told them that I found that HK team did the make up room and they didnt fully closed the door properly. That is why 2 guest can enter my room. For me, safety is always priority and frankly speaking I dont feel safe to stay in the hotel if other guests can enter my room. So this kind of incident is not acceptable specially when u stay in well known hotel.

The beach is a bit dirty, lots of seaweed (free-floating marine algae). I am not sure if anyone from the Bintan resort authority would do the cleaning the beach regularly or early morning.
