Parfait
Pros:

Un magnifique séjour à l’Ashley Tugu Tani Jakarta ✨

Nous n’y avons passé qu’une seule nuit, mais nous aurions adoré pouvoir y rester plus longtemps ! L’hôtel est magnifique, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, avec une ambiance élégante et chaleureuse.

Notre plus belle surprise a été la chambre des enfants : elle était tout simplement topissime ! Une vraie petite chambre pensée pour eux, avec beaucoup de jouets et de petites attentions qui ont rendu leur séjour magique. Les enfants étaient émerveillés et ont adoré leur espace.

La chambre était très confortable, propre et parfaitement aménagée. Le personnel a également été très accueillant et attentionné.

Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour cette belle expérience. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre passage à l’Ashley Tugu Tani Jakarta et nous espérons pouvoir revenir pour un séjour plus long ! ✨

Pros:

Staff were fantastic, JJ sorted me out and made sure I was looked after at arrival. Also, amazing shower pressure. Best shower I've ever had!

Cons:

Serve service laundry - only two washers and one dryer. Was a bit of a competition with other guests to use it. Would prefer to pay for an overnight laundry service but oh well

Gehorige kamers, heel vriendelijk personeel.
Pros:

Vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam personeel. Kamers en badkamer schoon. Ook hotel was opgeruimd en schoon. Voldoende ruimte in de kamer en grote koelkast in kamer. Supermarkt op enkele minuten lopen.

Cons:

Familie kamers zeer gehorig. Je hoort alles van je buren: spelende kinderen, huilende kinderen (ook ‘s nachts), praten, televisie enzovoort.
Drankjes bij het zwembad en de bar waren duur. Zeker in vergelijking met andere hotels in deze prijsklasse. Er zat dus ook bijna niemand gezellig wat te drinken, hierdoor doet het geheel wat sfeerloos aan: grote lege bar.

Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel, heel proper. Hotel rook enorm lekker als je binnenkomt. Op de kamer persoonlijke boodschap en wat snacks, top!

Short but sweet stay
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, so clean, room was huge!!! Bed was super comfy, we both slept so well!
Bathroom was also huge, spotless.
Hotel is very tastefully decorated.
Good value for money

Cons:

Only stayed for one night, so can’t comment too much

Decent stay. Smoky toilet. Quite disappointing but exceptional decor and good breakfast.
Pros:

Lovely boutique hotel near the gambir station.

Cons:

Had to wait for maybe 15 mins for them to prepare the room upon arriving at the hotel despite arriving at check in time. The smell of the smoke from our family room toilet really puts us off. The vents are probably connected to the smoking room. Had to close the toilet door at all times as the smell kept permeating our hotel room.

Superb stay!
Pros:

Absolutely love this hotel! It is the best hotel we stayed at as a family. Love the interior design, our room (family loft), the staff. Location is great too, very close to Gambir Station. Breakfast is good. Also, having a free laundry room is very nice (it can get busy at times but we managed to do our laundry during our stay, detergent & fabcon are provided). Overall, a wonderful stay! Highly recommended!

Mooi, modern hotel met geweldige douche
Pros:

De style van het hotel was erg mooi, heel modern. En de douche was heel erg goed.

Cons:

We hadden 1 kamer zonder raam en de andere kamer keek tegen een muur aan, dat was wat minder. Daarnaast ook jammer dat ze geen yoghurt bij het ontbijt hadden.
