Pros:

The staff, from front desk, to restaurant, to housekeeping were exceptional. The room was clean and comfortable. Location was excellent.

Cons:

The food at breakfast was cold. It was like the burners weren't on.

this is a hotel to try, you will love it and come back.
Pros:

it was great, fantastic. the warm welcome at the reception, the assistance we got to get to the bottom of questions, their commend of English. the staff are genuinely happy. the interiour decoration was very nice, on trend modern classic. the guests were making good use of the swimming pool, tennis court.
It felt like a trully happy place.

Cons:

there was nothing we did not like, the hotel is new and so very clean and everything looks so nice.
a great laundry for washing and drying your clothes, ironing board at the ready, the beds were most comfortable, the cushions, the size of the room and bathroom. the uniforms of the staff, super.
I would say please keep up the good work with cleaning and maintenance, make it a sport to have everything looking sparkling clean! at night the hotel looks so attractive with all little lights, perhaps look at something to make look the driveway and parking look more attractive during the day

Erg sfeervol ingericht en comfortabel hotel op een goede locatie midden in het centrum met prima faciliteiten.
Pros:

Mooie locatie, prachtig ingericht, comfortabel en schoon. Ook een fijn zwembad met lekkere ligstoelen en een bescheiden maar goed ingerichte gym.

Pros:

The room was a pleasant size and clean, albeit a bit dark. The staff were willing to help when needed, responsive and efficient. It's a great stay for a few days. The internet was unreliable the first day and I kept getting shut out, but when I brought it up, it was quickly resolved and the connection was stable the remainder of my stay.

Cons:

The hotel's location was not ideal for someone who enjoys walking. It seems central and isn't too far from most attractions or livelier neighborhoods, but there is not much within walking distance of the hotel so you need transportation for everything.

Happy environment felt welcome
Pros:

First of all I like the way the staff handle and apply themself. I requested a room change and it was handled swiftly and efficiently and done in a jiffy. The porter came to my room to assist me with moving to the new room. He wanted me to see and checked the room that was allocated for me before I move. I was happy with the new room. Excellent staff

Pros:

Le séjour c’est passé à merveille. Personnel agréable, les chambres sont spacieuses, le petit déjeuner est varié et bien garni. La piscine est agréable. Court de tennis à disposition + la salle de sport.Le métro est à 6 minutes à pied.

Great hotel with spacious, very comfortable rooms. Enjoyed our stay. Central location and accessible. Lovely and helpful staff. Thank you for your efforts.

Cons:

The breakfast is very limited. The same fruit was served for 4 days.. Breakfast could really be much better.

Beautiful hotel for a good price
Pros:

Very nicely furnished hotel with plenty of space. Staff very nice, welcoming and flexible. Breakfast was good. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and warungs. Higly recommended hotel.
