The non-smoking room. The hotel is eco-conscious. Staff is friendly and ready to help out. You did not need to pay to use the iron. The breakfast was vast and catered for Asian pallets mostly.
The hotel bathroom door in one of our rooms were broken and did not get fixed. The hotel bed sheets had a few stains on it and had to be changed.

The hotel was placed on a good spot. Local mini store, warteg and even malls are all walkable from the hotel.

A fantastic hotel to stay in if you're doing business in BSD. We were recommended it by a local before leaving Sydney and stayed in February. It's within walking distance to shops and health business centres. Our rooms were so spacious and comfortable and on arrival, there was a delicious cake and fruit waiting. The bathroom was enormous (Queen suite) and the room had a coffee pod machine. We loved the breakfast variety and the pool. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially Fauzi, who greeted us at the door each time we returned. I can highly recommend this hotel for a great stay.
