When i decided to add one more day i looked it online i found it with 50 euro when i asked the manager how much if I’m willing to stay another day he said about 120 euro and i didn’t liked it because it wasn’t even promotion online

Eten voor diner was in verhouding wat prijzig.
Ho soggiornato al ValStar Hotel Canggu per ben 17 notti e l’ho utilizzato come base operativa durante il mio viaggio a Bali. Da qui mi spostavo quotidianamente per esplorare l’isola e, in alcune occasioni, ho pernottato anche in altre strutture durante le escursioni a Nusa Penida e alle Gili Islands.
L’hotel si è rivelato un’ottima scelta: le camere sono dignitose, perfette per chi cerca un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. La colazione non è particolarmente abbondante, ma tutto ciò che viene proposto è fresco e di buona qualità.
Un plauso speciale va allo staff della reception, sempre estremamente gentile, cordiale e disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. Ho apprezzato molto anche la possibilità di noleggiare uno scooter direttamente in hotel, con grande flessibilità sugli orari di restituzione: un servizio davvero comodo per chi vuole esplorare Bali in autonomia.
La posizione è un altro punto di forza: l’hotel si trova in una zona tranquilla, ma in soli 4-5 minuti di scooter (traffico permettendo) si raggiunge la vivace vita notturna di Canggu.
Nel complesso è stata un’esperienza molto positiva e tornerei volentieri a soggiornare qui durante un futuro viaggio a Bali.
La pulizia delle camere da migliorare, e maggior controllo della biancheria (lenzuola, federe etc etc).
Has everything for a nice comfortable stay. Breakfast was so good and location was easy to get a bike into centre/beach
The staff friendly and understanding with our problem.
We booked two rooms, and both were dirty even after we requested a full cleaning. They also deleted bad reviews, as you can see on Google Maps. I think this is unacceptable for a four-star hotel. If you read this, do not book this hotel; it is in really bad condition.
