Horrible
Pros:

The location is okay

Cons:

Everything was filthy all stained towels and pillowcases and floors were black. Showers were so dirty and also the staff were rude. Woukd NEVER go back here

Good for families
Pros:

So handy to shopping mall, value for money for a family of 7! We enjoyed our stay as it was half way between Surfer Paradise and the theme parks.

Cons:

The parking spaces are tight, we had difficulty parking our 7 seater and damaged the side mirror

Nice apartment, good location, needs a real deep clean.
Pros:

Spacious, apartment had everything we needed, walking distance to Harbour Town. Parking was generous, 2 spaces was handy for a big car.

Cons:

The apartment was not clean, the lounge was filthy covered in stains. Windows/glass doors to the balcony were filthy and covered in hand prints. The kitchen was tidy but crumbs everywhere.
No seal on the shower door which resulted in water going everywhere when showering.
Just over not clean which really effected our stay.

Second time staying here and would book again!
Pros:

This is the second time we stayed here. Great place to stay. Clean and very close to Harbour Town if you love shopping. Would definitely stay here again.

Pros:

The staff were nice

Cons:

Front door doesn’t lock making it unsafe for children, the apartment was filthy, water leaking everywhere, taps broken, the cords for blinds left hanging instead of fixed to the wall, the noise from roof works were horrible starting at 7am with no notice prior to booking.
