Cons:

Got there at 7.10pm after talking with reception telling them we were on way. Then got charged $50 for after 7pm check in.

Greatly enjoyed our stay and if the price was right we will come again.
Pros:

The apartment was comfortable, well located at Harbour Quays. Great car parking. Security was excellent. The lift was a bonus. The kitchen was well appointed. The bed was very comfortable. The pillows were a little hard for us. Suggest a range of pillows could help.

Cons:

The apartment was tired looking inside with paint missing, wall scratches, dents in the walls from bags etc hitting them, doors scratched, In need of redecoration.

Exceptional
Pros:

The location was perfect, super helpful and friendly staff. Our 3-bedroom apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds , easy secure parking.

great stay close to shopping centre and a beautiful bridge for morning walks

Value for money and central location
Pros:

Whilst not beachfront, great central location and easy access to shops and restaurants at Harbour Town

Cons:

Unit needed a bit of maintenance ie walls marked. A few more pots n pans would be nice

Pros:

Stayed in a very spacious, clean, 2 bedroom 1 x bath unit for 5 nights.
*Kitchen very well equipped. *Comfortable beds.
*Habour Town Shops across the road, easy access.
*Management and staff super helpful and friendly.
*Free onsite Parking - BONUS!

Short trip had a great time
Pros:

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment, gave us a 3 bedroom although didn’t need it, only 3 of us. Apartment was spacious, had everything you would need for your stay didn’t really use much as only there 3 nights. Close to theme parks, walk to Harbour Town.

Cons:

The carpark space was small as had storage section we took small car just fitted. Luckily we decided not to drive landcruiser definitely would not have fitted in this car space.

Very disappointing - not clean at all.
Pros:

It was in a good location, but otherwise I would not recommend anyone stay there.

Cons:

The unit looked like it had not been cleaned. I went through with a dish cloth to give every surface a clean. There were crumbs on the kitchen chairs. One of the saucepans had obviously been used but had most of the scraps still on the pan, so I cleaned that also to the best of my abilities.

It was great, so close to the amusement parks and the facilities at Harbour Town. Would highly recommend. Two adults and two kids was perfect.
