The location was great!

Cons:

Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing. The apartment was not clean on arrival. The floor was very sticky, and when I wiped it with a white face washer, it came away black. There was also a noticeable amount of dust throughout the apartment.

We were not provided with any towels on arrival. As we arrived late at night, we had to wait until the following morning to have towels delivered. There was also no flat sheet or additional blanket provided.

The apartment was also extremely noisy in the mornings due to the bins being collected. I understand that the apartment is centrally located and that some street noise is unavoidable, but the loud sound of glass bottles being emptied into bins every morning was particularly disruptive.

Very Melbourne
Pros:

Loved the heritage of the building, everything within walking distance and surrounded by great coffee shops, restaurants and bars. Easy walk to MCG, theatres and shopping. Comfortable Queen beds with great pillows and duvet. Really nice apartment furniture. Thanks for the treats.

Very comfortable stay.
Pros:

Perfect accommodation for walking anywhere in MELBOURNE ....only one block to Princess theatre......beautifully clean well appointed apartment....walkin shower appreciated.

It was really Comfortable and felt like Home , ever since I walked in those Doors .Rooms were Spacious (Apartment) , clean , Well Organised . Was just a few mins Walk away from Kmart which was Nice and The main CBD .I would definitely recommend this Place for Travelling Families or To Anyone .

Quirky little place in the heart of China Town full of charm.
Pros:

The location, the quirkiness of the place. It was smack bang in the middle of everything and even thought I’d walked past many times before I’ve never noticed it. It was really quiet. The apartment has everything we could have needed including a washing machine and drier. Huge shout out to Kirralie for answering questions, being helpful and professional one night late when we found an international guest was stuck without a phone and they couldn’t get in their room. She patiently walked them through how to get into their room.
