Arrival: Kindly note the assisted arrival point to the hotel is located at 24 Loftus Street, Sydney. Due to the local traffic conditions, we are unable to assist with arrivals on Bridge Street.

Valet Parking: As a heritage building, parking on site is regrettably unavailable. Our team is pleased to offer valet parking for AU$120.00 per night at an offsite location. Please note maximum vehicle height is 6.2 feet. Alternately, we may assist in suggesting other suitable self parking facilities available within the hotels vicinity.

Payment: With the exception of pre-paid reservations, the full accommodations amount will be charged at the time of arrival. A physical credit card will be required alongside a government issued ID in the cardholder’s name. The card holder must be present. A 2% credit card surcharge will apply and all major credit cards are accepted.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Pros:

This hotel exceeded all my expectations. It is honestly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at.

Everything was absolutely perfect—from the warm welcome and outstanding staff to the beautiful hotel, the comfortable room, and the exceptional service. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making our stay truly unforgettable.

The breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of delicious options, and I especially appreciated that it was very halal-friendly, which made the experience even better.

The cleanliness, atmosphere, facilities, and overall hospitality were all outstanding. I couldn’t find a single thing to complain about.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and memorable stay. I will definitely come back again!

Best hotel in Sydney
Pros:

The heritage feel of the building combined with the modern and quality decor and finishings - this hotel has an amazing atmosphere and ambiance. From the moment we arrived we were treated to the most amazing customer service. We were there to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday and when we arrived we were given a free room upgrade and walked into our room to find balloons and chocolate cake waiting for us. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room itself was so luxurious, with every amenity you’d need and every detail thought of. We went out for dinner and when we arrived back at our room, our slippers and water were waiting by our beds - I’ve never seen such amazing service! Bed was super comfortable and the hotel itself, although busy was extremely quiet. I can’t recommend this hotel enough and we will be back!!

An exceptional stay with outstanding service, phenomenal breakfast, and the perfect location.
Pros:

We spent four wonderful days at Capella Sydney and couldn't have been happier. The breakfast was phenomenal—my eggs were cooked exactly the way I like them, and the buffet was excellent with a fantastic selection of high-quality food. The location was spot on, too. Everything was within easy walking distance, from Sydney's major attractions to great shopping, making it the perfect base for exploring the city.

The deal mentioned for my stay was not honored
Pros:

Clean, spacious room. Well designed with many well thought out decor in the room. Housekeeping and f&b staff were courteous and speedy. Public spaces were well designed as well

Cons:

I booked 3 2 nights stay that should come with a AUD 300 hotel credit per stay (AUD900 for 6 nights based on my 3 bookings). Upon check in, the staff didn’t inform me of any changes or discrepancies. In the evening I happened to call the reception to verify, at which point I was informed that the total hotel credit was the 6 nights was only AUD300. I informed the staff about the 3 separate bookings I made. He told me that he’s not sure of the difference. The next morning, another staff informed me that the AUD300 hotel credit could only be applied to reservations that has 24 hours in between check out and check in

This was not informed at the booking.com terms & conditions before I made the booking.
