We were very happy with everything about the Hotel, location and the lovely Rooftop area.
Pros:

Everything was very clean and comfortable in our room. It is new and modern and had everything we needed. The best thing for us was the rooftop area. It has wonderful views to the water and overlooks Geelong. A great place to relax. We only stayed one night as we were travelling through so we didn't see the gym or the pool. Staff were very helpful and it was only a short walk to the restaurants. There is also a convenience store just across the lane which was really handy.

Cons:

The rooms are soundproofed and it was quiet. Unfortunately we had people I think above us who were being really loud and were in party mode. We drowned them out by putting the tv on. I was going to contact reception before they closed for the night but I'd say someone else must have complained because the noise stopped suddenly and we heard no other noise the entire time we were there. It was a minor thing and only lasted a bit over an hour.

Exceptional staff- very friendly and helpful. Great property in a great central location.
Pros:

Great location and pristine property. Staff (Chanelle, Lilli, Caitlin) were exceptional in assisting me with a complex booking for 10 people. The charge back meal option at a local cafe was a great option that was new to me.

Great place for a few nights.

Pros:

The room was large, well equipped, with laundry facilities in the room. I liked how close it was to restaurants, shops, and to the football oval.
The rooftop BBQ area was lovely, with a beautiful view of the Geelong foreshore and Ferris wheel.

Cons:

The beds were a little low and soft for my liking, but still comfortable.
