Pros:

Very comfortable. Didn’t rate staff as there aren’t any it’s self service. Nicely furnished for the price .

Cons:

Dirty face cloth left on top of shower and couldn’t work out how to turn off the light in the shower room it’s automatic and stays on for a while when you exit.

Dreadful. Unwelcoming, didn't feel like we were anything special from the door opening to closing.
Pros:

Was no breakfast poor coffee and solid sugar pouches, no packets of biscuits

Cons:

The fact the lights would go out while inside the room intermittently and the only way back on was to open and close the door. This is the second time we have stayed in 5 and 6 and only because of the hospital being close made us come back. I really think because of the power and the basin in an even more stupid position found the second stay worse than the first room. Again no chair only seating is the bed.

There is noone to answer queries. I asked about the bed before I went but the person I spoke to had no idea how big it was.

Not even a chair in the room. I mug with a handle 1 same size but no handle. Nowhere to put anything. No drawer, not a bed bedside table. Balcony, but nothing on it . No information about the room, amenities, ect. The most stupid kettle I've ever used, it was even hard to fill as the tap in sink in the way. We stayed 3 nights because of a hospital procedure and paid good money . The only good thing was handy to hospital and a great location. Been to many hotels but never so disappointed. The cleaner was helpful and told us of a rooftop where I sat while they cleaned.This day and age, not even a box of tissues, biscuits, decent tea and coffee, sugar had gone hard. 4 drinks in the fridge 2 juice 2 mineral water was it complementary or how much ? Modern but not functional
