Pros:

This place is awesome. The staff were really friendly. Breakfast was delicious and the rooftop was fab. A great neighbourhood to stay in if you’re in Melbs.

Probably a 'once off' for us.
Pros:

Size of the room was really good. Bathroom was nice and roomy. Bathroom amenities were good also. Rooftop bar was well laid out with great views.

Cons:

"The Box" - with so many bars and food outlets in the area we couldn't see the point, it was also very expensive. Better to have a minibar choice. More bench space beside bathroom sink would have been better. Sink itself too big. Music on rooftop bar too loud - great space with a beautiful outlook, but couldn't hold a conversation over the music. The location was good with regard to proximity to local pubs and cafes etc., but was spoilt by all the graffiti which made the area feel really grungy and dirty.

Pros:

BistroX staff were great for dinner and breakfast, food and drinks are excellent. Rooms are stylish and fun - the vibes everywhere are fun. There was a mistake made where a pre arranged gift wasn't put in the room, but night staff quickly remedied this, by refunding and providing a replacement complimentary.

Cons:

Booking two of the same rooms, I expected them to be on the same floor.
