Loved my stay, highly recommend!
Pros:

Took myself on a staycation as a celebration. As soon as you walk into the hotel it feels great, smells nice, friendly staff. Room was comfortable, great view of the harbour, room service was great! I also booked treatments in at the spa - amazing all round

Pros:

the room was beautiful, staff are very friendly

Cons:

the room was very expensie, it averaged out at 1k a night over 4 nights. When i arrived a check in time my room was not ready. had to wait half an hour. I would expect due to the amount paid that when i ordered uber eats etc it would be brought up if i requested it, it was not. House keeping did not clean when i requested room to be made up, the bed was roughly made and that was it. no clean towles were replaced.

Pros:

Customer service was immaculate and the room was so comfortable. The facilities were amazing. Purpose of my visit was an intimate proposal for my partner and she loved it. Looking forward to staying with you guys again in the near future. Would highly recommend

Pros:

The windows were great — they made the room feel bright, comfortable and relaxing, and I really enjoyed the view.

Cons:

I was disappointed with the attitude of one of the reception staff members. To clarify, she was not the staff member who checked me in, but another blonde female staff member at reception. I approached her to ask whether I could borrow an umbrella, but she seemed very impatient and unfriendly when responding to my request. I believe the service at reception could be more welcoming and professional.
