Amazing, and very very thoughtful
Pros:

We were checked in by a very lovely gentleman, Myles. We have a fantastic conversation about twins as we had recently given birth to two of our own and he shared his experiences about being a twin as well. Then to make our stay even more memorable, send us a hand written note and bottle of champagne to help us enjoy our stay even more. 12/10 staff experience for an already 10/10 hotel in our eyes.

Perfect location and lovely accommodation
Pros:

Our welcome was lovely with Joel at the front desk, who was very accomodating and made my 6yr old feel very special for her birthday weekend away. We had a two bedroom suite upgrade which was amazing. We have never been upgraded before and it meant so much to us to have a bigger space for us and the kids to enjoy our one big holiday for the year. The kids loved swimming in the pool and they spent just as much time in the lovely suite bath. All the products in the room were lovely, we had all the cooking utensils we need and a full fridge. The location was perfect right on the wharf. Plenty of great family friendly restaurants close by to the hotel and a big adventure park for kids to play in. The SeaLife aquarium is just a little walk down the wharf and a great way to spend the morning or afternoon. We definitely hope to be able to stay again one day.

Cons:

The bed was a little saggy.

I like the room but I hate the Managers and the front desk. One day they tell me I have free breakfast the next day they bill me. They could not even provide breakdown of the charges they made on my credit card.

The Managers and Front desk are inefficient. They have overcharged me. I am so disappointed with them.

The Lady Manager on duty Rhianna in the afternoon of June 10 is very rude while the night manager Kelvin gave empty assurances.

The only efficient staff of the hotel are the cleaning ladies and Hero and Natasha of the Concierge.

If the front desk and their managers were not inefficient, my holiday would have been perfect but the rudeness and the inefficiency of the Managers ruined my holiday.

Pros:

Room was nice, FOH staff were amazing, all very friendly and helpful, and even BOH were amazing. We got room service and the food was immaculate. The sirloin steak was top shelf.

Cons:

The bed set up was very hot, had the air-conditioning set on 20 degrees and still woke up in a sweat. Also had a big indent at the top of the bed sheets where our head was supposed to go which made it not so comfortable.
