Felt comfortable and sufficiently luxurious without going over the top.
Pros:

Fresh and modern with great facilities. Helpful staff. Loved the pools. Bedroom was spacious. Great bathroom — the round bath tub was a highlight!

Cons:

The light and power switches in our bedroom drove us crazy. They look good but give me a regular light switch any day over those!

Amazing facilities & family staff
Pros:

Great location, amazing facilities and the Day spa is top class.
Concierge was very friendly and helpful

Cons:

Just one suggestion - when we asked for our room to be made up - It took all day for it to happen, one day we requested 3 times before this happened. -Would be good to have a sign to put on the door "Make Up Room"

Pros:

The customer service was great, and it was all staff, not just some. They were all so welcoming. The hotel is well appointed even to the last small detail. Very thoughtful little touches by the staff and generally in hotel decor, facilities, and serving dishes.
