Incredible views and lovely friendly and efficient concierge and reception.
Amazing facilities and space, comfortable bed and windows that open for fresh air despite being on the 54/55 floors! Full kitchen and great heating. Extremely clean and wonderful rates. Very safe area and access to shops and transport.

Location was good but I did not like facilities especially the complementary basic things.

Location was good and hotel was clean

Cons:

No Complementary tooth brushes or bathrobes provided which is very basic at every hotel and is free. Staff should be able to deliver food order to the room, which was not done.
