Great apartment in a good location
Pros:

Excellent location . Surrounded by a choice of restaurants and shops all within walking distance. The apartment was well equipped and spacious. A bonus was the onsite parking which was included in the price.

Cons:

There is no reception desk on the property. Access is through an on line app which you download to your phone. You are then sent a key to your phone which you use to access the car park, front door, lift and your apartment. I had difficulty accessing this to begin with and met others who also were frustrated trying to get it to work. The staff were available by phone and were able to help. That being said ,now I’m familiar with the system I would stay there again.

Good Location, clean and comfortable, would stay again.
Pros:

Good location, shops, cafes and public transport around. School playgorund next door. Family of 5, plenty of room.

Cons:

There was a hold up with house keeping so our check in was delayed until 2:45.

Pros:

Very clean

Cons:

No staff on the premises. Difficult in gaining access due to complicated electronic entry system, access only able at exactly the programmed time, not a second less. Room small. Seating only on the bed or 2 small heavy and hard to move table stools

Great Location
Pros:

Have stayed at this property before and this time was no different - we enjoyed it. Comfortable rooms, secure parking and a short walk to restaurants' and the Goodwood Pub (The Goody). The Adelaide Showgrounds are also a short walk as it is to Public transport also. Will stay here again.

Freezing cold and lack of adequate response.
Pros:

The fridge worked.

Cons:

No heating!! Reverse cycle heater wasn't working (3 wall units running off the one condensor). The room was freezing cold. Tried resolving with front desk who 'escalated' to support but wasn't able to be fixed. Despite numerous phone calls and tedious trouble shooting. Hopefully no-one else was offered room 107 after us (4 July). Room 107 is south facing - no sun during the day. We were told they were full so no other 2br apartments were available to be swapped to. Overnight temps were in single figures. Considered leaving the front door open to hallway as the hallway was warmer, but a toddler in the room next door was practising his 50m sprints. Some sort of response from management to follow up and apologise / acknowledge would have been best practice. It's now 6 days later. Very disappointing.

Very comfortable with great access. Helpful staff
Pros:

Good location, lots of restraunts nearby and an IGA, easy access to public transport and an acheivable walk into the CBD (45 minutes walk). When I asked for keys for all the guests, they clarified about the arrangement of beds required (we had 2 couples, but reading names it could have been 4 males)

Cons:

Another indoor couch would have been good

Pros:

The unit was clean, spacious and with all the amenities we needed for the trip. The units are inside the secure building complex with IGA supermarket and heaps of restaurants outside. Airport is around 10 km and city us around 10km. It is well in-between if everything. Nice, comfy, secure place, had no issues with getting in with the phone app. You have to have a nice decent phone to download the app and need NFC functions on the app yo get in. The place had all the comforts, cleans, 3 TV's, cutlery, milk brother, microwave, iron, toaster etc. The place feel open with 3 balcony exit and large balcony area. Definately recommended and will be back.

Cons:

Just a bit of noise from the traffic in the early hours of the day.
