Location was good. Bar atmosphere was okay.
Nobody manning the front reception desk. The premises were very rundown and not very clean..
The location of the property and our room was really good and the room itself was great, the set up which would allow you to live entirely on-site as it has a restaurant, self preparation of meals area, washing facilities, a bar etc was really good plus it's close to all you could want shopping wise.
The downside was the attitude of the young man when we first arrived, he was not happy that we interupted his screentime game he was playing, Im not even sure if he was an employee or maybe the son of the owners/manager/ employee as he looked to only be about 16. The room whilst 99% clean still had tissues on the floor from a previous tenant hidden behind the suitcase stand, fluff balls behind doors and curtains and the vent in the bathroom hadn't been cleaned in years, it would have taken the cleaners less than a minute to clean the items listed.
The 3rd issue was more alarming, no pun intended. At about 1.30am someone set of the buildings smoke/firealarms, on heading out no one was at reception and no staff on the floor to direct residents; a call to the provided 24/7 phone wasn't answered despite numerous attempts. Several tenants were standing in the hallway stating this was a common occurrence and they had never seen a staff member present during a firealarm. Not good enough. I also messaged the mobile number re my concerns but again they were never responded to.

mould on the bathroom walls and window ledge, mould in the shower. Pillows were hard as a rock. Not briefedon how the electronic door lock worked, so when we left our room we realised when we returned, that we had left the door unlocked.
Everything was GD until departure
An elderly man had a accident in foyer as I was only 1there no staff to see Ihad to escort gentle man to toilet assisting in helping him clean himself up as he had feacies all over him I gave him my trackies so he had pants than assisted him to seat n waited upto 3hrs in foyer for emergency services to arrive myself n children were horrified with what happened let alone mortified

Came for family funeral was exhausted after travelling over 1400 km to be shuffled from 1 end to the other. 1st room already occupied. 2nd room.was absolutely disgusting so full of mould it was a health hazard . Moved to 3rd room which fine.1st night we were evacuated fire alarm1.30am. No explanation whatso ever. 2nd night at 2115 pounding on the door demanding to know why we hadn't checked out of our room by a staff member. Again no apology. So what was already an emotional visit was compounded by 1st room occupied 2nd room absolutely disgusting. Overall absolutely devistated. Our brother also had someone in the 1st room he was sent to.

The management are terrible and the rooms are not much better. Most rooms have any issue with the Internet. Most of the TVs do not work and the rooms are normally dirty.

The place was not clean, the bedrooms had dirty dishes and the elevator and car park were filthy.

It was the worst room I have ever stayed in. It was dirty, the curtains were mouldy and had holes in them. The sheets had stains on them and didn't feel clean. The couch smelled like pee. There was mould in the sink in the bathroom and I don't know what was in the bath. I wouldn't recommend staying in this room at all, not even it was free. Disgusting to take money to stay in this hell hole. I felt so dirty but couldn't afford to pay for another place or I would have been gone. I would appreciate a refund to be honest
