Poor service, poor communication, and several avoidable issues that significantly impacted our stay.

Our stay was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Upon arrival, my family was given access to the wrong room, resulting in us accidentally walking in on a man in his room. We were then assigned another room that could only be accessed via stairs, which was highly inconvenient as we were travelling with a baby and a pram.When we finally reached the room, we discovered we had been given the wrong code and had to return to reception to have it corrected. To make matters worse, the disabled/baby change room was locked and unavailable for use.The condition of the room was also unacceptable, with stains and cigarette burns on the blankets.After our stay, I contacted the company to raise my concerns and frustrations, but unfortunately, I received no response. The lack of communication and customer service was very disappointing.

Cockroaches and bed bugs... never again and rec people to stay away from this place.
Pros:

Killed 5 cockroaches overnight! I'm sure there were bed bugs, all kids and I were itchy during the night.
Sheets and bedding was thin and dated.
Mold in bathroom

Cons:

Never again and wouldn't rec it to anyone.
Wanted to speak to staff about it in the morning.... only to find out office staff only present from 2-7pm. How funny, they must know they will get complaints the next morning.

Pros:

Comfortable beds, soft towels, carpet was good, and good hot water in the shower, bathtub was good.

Cons:

Check in took a long time and room had to be changed due to lock problems. Heard the fire alarm go off, people arguing, noise coming from nearby rooms at night. Kitchen equipment was very limited, and not cleaned properly, e.g. kettle. Leaking shower, water on the floor of bathroom. Didn't feel comfortable here.

Cons:

I booked and paid for a room with three separate beds. Instead, they put one bed in a STOREROOM. This storeroom had no windows, no air conditioning, no wardrobe. It connected to the double room via a doorway. If we were staying longer than one night we would have asked for another room - or our money back.

It was a lovely atmosphere just the cleaning needed attention

Bathroom was filthy, soap scum in shoe, urine on back of toilet seat, mould and dark gunk in shower. I had cleaning products on me so I scrubbed so I could feel comfortable showering and toileting.
