Cons:

Please replace the coffee cups in the room. The current cups are old, hard plastic cups, which can be difficult to keep hygienic and are not ideal for serving hot beverages. It would be appreciated if they could be replaced with more suitable cups to improve hygiene.

Good choice if you're staying in North Sydney
Pros:

The beds were excellent, good mattress and pillows. Good block out curtains too. Breakfast choices and quality of food was very good, so too the coffee. Easy access both ways to metro and train station, Coles and chemist very close. We could easily walk to Kirrribilli Markets. Walker Street outside the hotel was easy for Ubers to pull up.

Cons:

When we arrived there was an issue left in the toilet. Not nice considering the lid was down and the toilet roll had been folded which led me to believe the room had been cleaned. Not a great first impression. The placement of the lights and how badly lit the entire apartment was, impossible to put on make up or just see anything. Also, considering I did the online check in prior to arriving, it took a long time to check in at the desk when we got there? Another bad first impression, seemed a bit disorganized finding a room.

Great location, friendly staff
Pros:

Location to train and Metro was great. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Breakfast could do with more options, plus being able to order a cold menu item as well as a hot menu item and drink would have been nice.
