Pros:

Our room was amazing. I had the best sleep. The bed was comfortable all in general. I really enjoyed my stay.

Worst overnight stay in Sydney
Pros:

Parking was a problem. I've booked for 2 adults, one plate one small plate one knife, one fork and one tablespoon, I'm not even sure the room was the one I paid for

Nice stay. Convenient location
Pros:

Great location, walking distance from the train and light rail. Gym is nice, plenty of equipment to use, room is an good. Bed comfortable, has what you need for a comfortable stay.

Cons:

The room was fine. Has the amenities you require. The lighting was a bit dim and it was strange that the bathroom lights were not in or near the bathroom but by the room entrance.

Fantastic staff
Pros:

The service we received at reception from David Truong was excellent. He was very helpful with the check in and check out. In addition, My wife left her phone in the Uber and David was very helpful in working with us to have it returned. There was nothing to hard for this young man who was always professional and courteous. He is an asset to your Hotel business.

Cons:

The restaurant and bar had closed when we returned to the hotel in the evening and we considered it still to be early at 9pm. We had already eaten but returned to the hotel for a night cap only to find the bar was closed.
