Buona posizione per visitare la città
Pros:

La zona tranquilla, camera dietro silenziosa, letto comodo, caffè a disposizione nella reception, staff gentile, zona abbastanza servita.

Cons:

Camera e bagno molto piccoli, parcheggio non sempre disponibile perché vi sono pochi posti riservati ( in strada è a pagamento dalle 9 alle 19), colazione non inclusa, pulizia un po' approssimativa (il wc nero necessita di candeggina).

Für unter 100€ die Nacht war dieses Hotel die absolut richtige Wahl.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels, da man zu Fuß Restaurants und Geschäfte in kurzer Zeit erreichen kann. Das Hotel verfügt über eigene Parkplätze, was sehr wichtig ist, weil sonst sie Parkplatzsuche in Nizza sehr schwierig sein kann.

Gausūs ir labai skanūs pusryčiai (omletas, virri kiaušiniai, mėsytės, sūriai, šilti kruasana, keksaii). Skani kava. Kambariai švarūs.

Cons:

Kiek karštoka kambaryje, kondicienierius nustatytas ant +10, bet karšta labai. Gelbėjo ventilaitorius šalia lovos.

"Cerca" del aeropuerto (con el transporte público es fácil llegar).

Cons:

Nos asignaron una habitación con el baño adaptado. Cuando nos duchábamos se mojaba todo el suelo. Pedimos cambio y la respuesta fue "NO" sin consultar con el sistema ni a nadie, entonces pedimos salir un poco más tarde como compensación y otra vez, la respuesta fue "NO" sin consultar nada.
