Good value and excellent service. Having a car would be helpful for getting around.
Pros:

Everything was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The service was great as well. Even though I left my hotel room late, the cleaners still tidied the room for my second night. Both the room and bathroom were spacious, modern and well maintained.

Cons:

Public transport is quite limited in this area so it's best to have a car when staying at this hotel.

Room was nice. One staff member made a huge effort.

Cons:

Car parking. Not feeling safe. We were unable to park close by. It was raining. I had an injured child. Were we could have parked i could not read the code on the paper as it was to small. There was no additional lighting. As I say it was raining hard, windy. There were 2 men wearing dark clothing who made me feel unsafe. So I drove away away. They now know I am a guest at the hotel. I am looking for car park. I ended up parking at the SA Health across the road. As I park I see another man come out from behind a tree. It is 10.30pm I tell my 12 year old to grab her things and head to the hotel as quickly as she can. We get to hotel. I swipe card. We enter. No one in foyer. Press the button for lift. Door not closing quickly and the man is now right across the road. And no he is not security. I did not get a visual as I was worrying about getting myself and my daughter safe. I tell this to staff next day and they were not a bit interested. This will not be a place I will stay until there is adequate safe parking or even security set up for hotel customers.

Pros:

Kitchen and bistro staff, chef cooked a perfect medium rare steak under pressure when partial power returned to motel.

Cons:

Power outage in motel
No information from staff, no torches, obvs couldn't charge phones, no care, no checking on patrons, staff not answering our calls while we sat in a dark, cold room, fire doors unopenable, so could not leave the hotel as lifts didn't work
AC ran cold
Pillows all flat hard, no choice
Bed felt like a metal pole running through the middle
Really poor bathroom design for a newer motel, shower flood's floor, toilet roll holder on the wrong side, small things but just takes a little thought.
Waiting for a full refund, as promised, but nothing yet. Won't hold my breathe.
