Wouldn’t stay again unfortunately.
Pros:

Lovely staff, great location. Reception area and outside outstanding

Cons:

The ceiling light went out and did not turn back on. Couldn’t phone reception as the room telephone didn’t work. The room safe didn’t lock even though the power was on. I asked reception to send a service person to come look and no one ever came up.
Bathroom vanity was not wiped down and water stained. Shower doors clouded with built up soap scum and grimy in the cornices. Floor was very sticky from built up grime (you could see the grime in the floorboard crevices).

It’s close to everything, perfect location, staff is the best thing there, they are very nice all the time and helpful.they even celebrated my birthday. Thank you so much

Cons:

House keeping is actually not good at all, the walls, towels, beed sheets…not clean, looks dusty,no smell or bad one 😕when they enter the room they only organize the bed even if it’s not clean. They don’t change waste, only put new towels and tissue.

We always stay at this hotel when we come to Bali. Extremely friendly staff who remember us all the time that makes it feel extra special.

Cons:

As I mentioned we have been to this hotel multiple times and over the time, the showers are becoming in need of some love. Very stained and shower head kept falling off of its stand. This swamp stopped us from coming to this hotel again.But would make the experience much nicer if some attention was given to the bathrooms.🤍
