Improvements in site specific building signage and instructions would be great.

Paid for Parking. On check-in was given 2 access cards. Returned to boom gate about 11pm which required swiping one of the cards. Due to lack of clear building signage or clear instructions provided at boom gate spent 15mins attempting to gain access just to park. Called 1800 number for assistance which just rang out. FAQs on website: no help. Booking email: no help. Parking card to you leave on your dashboard.. no help.. Called again no answer. Eventually after accessing the main front door of building and seeing multiple building access swipe points (that are very modern) and don’t really look like BMS Points.. we returned to carpark boom gate and saw another swipe point which wasn’t marked at all and gained access. Highly frustrating after a long drive and a tired child and family.

A coffee pod machine would have been nice. For the price spent.

Will definitely be coming back!
Pros:

The location was fantastic, we came for an event and this was quite literally next door. Had accessible options for those who were unable to take the few levels of stairs. The staff were so lovely and welcoming, offering us beverages upon arrival and even came out and assisted us on how to access parking. We have stayed at other Quest Hotels previously and they have always been of really good quality, but this one exceeded all expectations. Close to grocery stores, pharmacies, butchers, bakeries etc, truly is a great place to stay!!

Exceptional every time
Pros:

Immaculately clean, quiet, comfortable beds, great in-room kitchen facilities, fantastic view. Extra touches like the welcome drink & the sleep oil spray.
Staff are amazing. So welcoming & helpful.
So convenient to have grocery stores next door.
My go-to every time.
