Overall, I myself was happy with the accommodation that we booked and enjoyed my stay ☺️
Pros:

I liked the location as it was quiet. The accommodation booked, was SHACK 12. The bed was nice, soft and comfortable. I al enjoyed the decor and also the spacious bathroom, although I didn't try the bath although I think that I would have enjoyed the nice deep bath. The outdoor area looked nice, but because of the time of the year we were travelling, September, the evenings and nights were too cold to enjoy it and the two days we were in Berri were too busy to enjoy the outdoor area.

Cons:

For the accommodation that we booked, as my wife and myself were travelling with my sister-in-law, we had to share the accommodation with her because we thought that we had booked our accommodation with two separate rooms. This might have been an oversight, misunderstanding by us when booking our stay? My wife was not impressed with our booking accommodation for the same reason, as mentioned.
I there were any negatives with our accommodation and stay, at the time of our stay / holiday, there wasn't enough cutlery, only 1 knife and teaspoon? There were no dinner plates as well. This might be because people would most probably eat out most times?
Another negative is, there were no block out blinds, only blinds that covered the windows, sliding doors, which you could see through. If you needed to change, you needed to use the bathroom, especially if you were changing at night times.
In mentioning the above negatives, these are easy fixes, as in installing block out blinds so people could change in the room and not the bathroom if they wanted to?

Great accommodation, would definitely return.
Pros:

New,clean and well designed. Beautiful outlook over the golf course.

Nice enough for 2 nights but wouldn’t return
Pros:

Location was good. The rooms looked great being new and modern yet a practical bathroom. Good shower head.

Cons:

The room was not clean, there was so much hair on the floor especially all over the bathroom and on the bath. A Nespresso coffee machine was available but checked the room for coffee pods. I rang for a supply and was told they must be there (there weren’t). Told to go to reception to collect, so went there, then told they would be delivered.
The bed was terrible, which put my neck out.

Very good stay if you play golf or if you don’t mind spending some extra money instead of staying in a 1975 motel
Pros:

Very tidy, very clean , nice showers and suitable for our purpose which was a stopover from our Noosa home to our house in Adelaide.
It would be very suitable for a couple or 2 who play golf and would have lunch and dinner in the golf club.
Very nice scenery looking out of the windows towards the golf course.

Cons:

Beautiful property, but rather impersonal , there where no personal touches , no books no bottle of wine, some water and nuts mind you-especially compared to our last stay yesterday , bread, wine, beer, cheese fresh flowers etc, but I suppose golfers just like to play golf.
To be honest I don’t play golf, the last time I was thought was by a golfer no 200 in the world and I was no good at it than.
Just remember the restaurant does not serve dinner on Sunday night.
Hated the android television , could not get rid of the stupid subtitles.

Other than the above i liked the location especially the short walk to the Big River Tavern.
Pros:

clean and modern

Cons:

As i was travelling for work, i needed to plug in my computer and screen. There was no power points other than either side of the bed which made this difficult.
Also, the bed was way too soft for me.
