Hotel and room were ok nothing special , I was charged for 2 meals instead of 1 . The fish batter was burnt inedible ,

Amenities / restaurant , and bar food terrible the single tables in the bar are so unstable that we spill or drinks all over ourselves and you didn’t once apologise or offer us new drinks , we Ordered the fish and it was burnt so we left .

Beautiful scenery. Fantastic whale watching and wildlife.
Pros:

The location was great. Perfect for exploring the town. The breakfasts were very good though the restaurant was overwhelmed by the number of guests wanting to breakfast around 8am. The dining area is a little small.

Cons:

It would have been great to have a second chair in the bedroom as one of a couple inevitably has to sit on the bed. Not so good for a sore back.
The same problem occurs in the bar area with very limited comfortable chairs. High stools are not comfortable.

Enjoyed our stay,happy with most things.

More draw space in the room ,we thought if you changed the bedside tables for ones with draws it would be much better.

Great location, would recommend as a base for exploring the Margaret River region.
Pros:

Great location. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a good variety.

Cons:

The bed was comfortable but the pillows were not. Also the water from the shower does flow out into the bathroom floor.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Breakfast was good for selection of food available. However, during peak times, there was not enough staff to deal with clearing tables and taking used crockery etc. should be more staff on duty in dining room!

Had an amazing couple of nights saw the sights and would go back.
Pros:

Breakfast was lovely, good selection of food and beverages.
Parking was at the hotel and free, not undercover.
Staff were very friendly and helpful and made us all feel welcome.
Location was great and walkable to the town centre, Busselton Jetty, beaches, pubs and playgrounds

Pros:

The location is great. Close to the famous jetty, plus convenient for the Shelter Brewing Co and The Goose Restaurant.
The rooms are well appointed with very good bathroom.

Cons:

For the premium hotel in Busselton, we were disappointed there was no EV Charger for guest. We had to drive elsewhere to charge our EV Car.

Beautiful for work or play the location is a 10.
Pros:

The location is the star of the Hilton Garden Inn handy to the jetty and restaurants.

Cons:

The only thing we did not like was that you have to have the buffet breakfast. We would have loved to have had breakfast in the restaurant but they only do the buffet. Which we did not want.
