Clean, comfy, great location, nice breakfasts.

Cons:

Our coffees we ordered at breakfast ( the machine was out of order) got taken to another table and by the time they realised we had not received them, they arrived as we had finished eating. Pillows from the pillow menu didn’t get sent to room, had to phone again. Bathroom drain smelt bad first night we were there.

Excellent, fantastic staff and beautiful accommodation in an ideal location
Pros:

I booked this for my parents for their wedding anniversary and mums birthday, they were greeted by happy welcoming staff who gave them a handwritten card for their special occasion, they could not do enough for my parents and the lovely surprise of champagne and chocolates in their upgraded room was the icing on the cake

Very nice rooms, comfortable bed, Good pillows. Often pillows are rubbish in hotels. Didn't try pool or any other facilities but they looked good.

Cons:

Food wasn't very good at all. We ordered a chicken Caesar salad which wasn't very nice and a Chicken Schnitzel which was overcooked and almost burnt. The crumb was rock hard. Drinks overpriced.
